Very pleased! Clean, everywhere nice smell. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. 10 minutes from airport, 20 minutes to market abd shopping mall not far away too. Good breakfast. Nice people. One heated pool. You can tell that people trying and looking after that hotel. Thank you for making our stay better!

Enjoyed my time at the hotel with wife and baby, have a nice heated pool which excellent for baby, they also have a hotel little friendly cat and bird cage. Baby enjoyed the daily few visits we did make. They had kids play area but the room area was not open any time I went. Had a business room for emergency printing. Spa for haircut and other stuff, inside was heated pool and gym. Also nisima relations manager sorted a room to help accommodate the baby. Also breakfast was good but not the best of food I would like, did the job but. Also safe area with police outside hotel 24/7. 5min to mall. 25min to square and either direction was 25min to 35min walk. Also pool staff and all staff friendly. I was happy all the days at the hotel. Amazing hotel and great value. Thank you.

We had a couple of problems with the hotel. First the room assigned to us was not as the description when we booked it. On the second day we managed to get a suitable room.
On the last day of our stay, I noticed I was missing a book and a shirt. Once my things were laying on the bed, I thought maybe the cleaning staff took it together the bedsheets by mistake. Went to the reception and they turned to be very useless for this case. Apparently, there is one manager that has access to these things, and the manager arrives late at the hotel. So I actually left without an answer if somebody has found my belongings.
Other than that, the rooms needs more cleaning, its full of stains on the floor and walls, which gives a dirty look.
The rooms are also not isolated, so you hear everything all the time from outside the room. The doors can only be closed by outside by slamming, so you sleep with the sound of slamming doors all the time.
I think its very overrating to consider it a 5 star hotel.

Overall I read the reviews before I booked this.
I was not disappointed. The rooms and hotel where very clean and tidy the pool was not so busy but I did go in November so that might have something to do with it. The spa was also really nice and relaxing.
Location location is brilliant lots of cafes and restaurants around at walking distance, which was good as your not restricted to only eating at the hotel.
One thing I will say the rescption staff where the only thing that put me off they rude and really need some customer service training, I won't say all of them but most of them 😬
Breakfast was decent plenty of options to choose from.

The Kenzi Rose Garden is a luxurious hotel with comfortable rooms and exceptional service. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and the manager, Mr. Zuhair , was especially helpful, going above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. During our stay, we experienced a hiccup with a guest playing a prank on neighbor guests . Mr. Zuhair acted immediately, prioritizing safety, changing room, and even involving the IT team to track the prankster—an outstanding level of care that made us feel secure.
The reception staff, particularly Mr. Lehcen and others (apologies, I can’t recall all the names), were also extremely helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a significant difference, making us feel truly welcome and well taken care of.
The hotel’s location is excellent, set in a peaceful area with beautiful Moroccan architecture and palm trees. It is very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa, taking only 25 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by taxi (around 50 dirhams). Additionally, Minaret Mall and a nearby pharmacy provide added convenience.
For those looking to explore, camel rides are available nearby, offering an authentic Marrakech experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its luxury, convenience, and top-notch service—and I would definitely stay here again!
