Maybe we were lucky but we asked for a quiet room and got a quiet room with no early morning all late night noise.
Staff throughout the resort were very good. Buffet meals we're not as extensive as some other hotels but were perfectly adequate. All drinks and cocktails were tasty and well made.
One day our room wasn't serviced and I believe this may have been an accident, when I commented on the app the next day it was dealt with immediately and professionally above my expectations.
A film crew did take over some parts of the hotel at different stages but to be honest it was quite interesting and they tried their hardest to work around us even offered us a coffee at one stage from the film crew trolley.
The only criticism is that we find that this hotel does not offer one or two nights of dining in the a la cart restaurants without an additional surcharge. Even though we were all inclusive.
Be sure to do the san blas nature reserve or the Starlight walk organised by the hotel. Cheap and easy bit of local education if your into it.
Weiyi X.
We stayed at this hotel twice, and once would have been enough. The staff were generally nice — but unfortunately, nice doesn’t fix problems.
After the first stay, I didn’t plan to write a review. But the second stay was worse, so here we are. In short: better avoid this hotel if you’re traveling with a 2–3 year old toddler.
Yes, my mistake: I didn’t include my 2-year-old son in the original booking. My husband called the hotel and was told by a male staff member that they charge around €60 per night for a 2-year-old. Fine. Later, I personally called reservation (female staff) to add my son properly and was told it was not necessary because a 2-year-old is free anyway. I asked again because I wanted to make sure we would get a baby cot. She told me to call the reception to add a remark.
I then called the reception desk, and the receptionist confirmed again that both the 2-year-old and the baby cot were free, and that no extra charge was needed.
I also tried to look up the terms and conditions or any notice about baby/toddler charges on the hotel website — and couldn’t find anything.
We were also not informed at check-in that there would be any charge for our toddler.
Check-in was at 3 a.m., and we waited almost an hour just to get a baby cot — not great after traveling with a toddler. The room was okay, but definitely not 5-star standard, especially the bathroom. Water came out after shower in both rooms. We also saw cockroaches.
After 3 nights, during checkout, we were suddenly asked to pay around €170 extra for our 2-year-old 😂 — the first time since we arrived hotel anyone mentioned this(the room was prepaid already before arrival). We were in a hurry, so we paid.
On our second stay, after a 40-minute discussion, the hotel agreed to a €26 discount 😅. Then the room keys didn’t work, the room faced the pool (not toddler-safe), we had to change rooms again, and waited another hour for a baby cot then I went to the reception to ask in person. All in all, settling in took about 3 hours(and no. The baby cot didnt come with a pillow 😄)
Nice staff, but very poor organization. With a toddler, that matters. You don’t want to be like us who pay 60 euros per night for a toddler but had to wait for the baby cot for more than 1 hour. Remind you the first night it was 3 AM!

Decent hotel, especially for full inclusive, but on the pricier side. Location is nice near the beach with the very nice addition of the nature area by the hotel, but otherwise the surroundings are a bit messy with also the airport next by. A few good restaurants and excellent swimming pools in the hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy but a bit outdated. Would recommend if you are just at Tenerife for an all-inclusive sun holiday, there are a great many entertainment options available in the hotel including tennis, swimming pools, restaurants, playgrounds. For more outdoors nature-oriented people would recommend to look elsewhere.

Those is a fabulous hotel that blends in with the Eco park. The pools run down on each level and although the hotel is spread over a large area it still maintains a small cosy atmosphere. Food is good with plenty of choice although the buffet style can be a bit cold. The staff are fantastic, plenty of bars and nice quiet location.
These rooms all have 2 usb slots either side of the bed but power sockets are limited if you want mosquito plugins. Recommend a short extension lead.
Highly recommended and would revisit.

Not 5*. A nice stay, but some things made it not 5*.
The main complain here is the food and the location.
The buffet wasn't 5* worthy. It had a fair amount of options, however, most food wasn't very warm, was sitting there for a long while, or was just flavorless. If the other a la carte restaurants were way better, it could pass, but they aren't. The Italian restaurant (usually my favorite) served undercooked pasta (not al dente) and they couldn't make pizzas during our stay for some reason (didn't say why). The other restaurant was okay, but not amazing either.
And because the hotel is a bit in the middle of nowhere, the nearest options are not that great either. There's not much to do or see besides the hotel itself (albeit the hotel is nice! You can see it was actually designed and executed pretty well).
The staff was very kind, helpful and nice, particularly anywhere in the bars, restaurants, around the pools and activities. Kudos to the very nice activity guy from the kayak experience, always carrying a smile.
But the overall hotel is NOT a 5 star experience. More of a 4 star with a buffet, rooms are okay and clean.
Oh and their app sucks. They don't really read the messages to book things (which may be their interface is terrible, I don't know), and generally are slow to reply. The app logs you out randomly (both on an android and an iPhone) and has a pretty non obvious way to "log in" into your stay to the hotel.
Then, the service is always good and the staff is magnific... However, there must be something wrong with management.
They were also recording some movie and blocking a pool and all the area and corridors surrounding it (one day) and the parking outside for two days with the recording staff not allowing you to pass... An odd occurrence, but annoying and definitely not expected from a 5* hotel experience. Because this is definitely a one off thing I wouldn't mind that much, but that's again something showing some issue with the people managing a pretty nice hotel with fantastic staff.
