Absolute heaven on earth, and just the break we needed. We booked all inclusive, and honestly we didn't feel like missed out on anything in 'The Level' package. All the cocktails were included, and we even had discounts at the on site restaurants. The mealtime buffet was incredible, a huge selection of hot and cold foods, a different selection every day - I loved trying everything! The hotel itself is beautiful, staggered down the hillside across its levels, with picturesque paths in between. A modern feel throughout, and impeccably clean in all areas. I'd recommend going up the tower and admiring the view!
I'd love to give a special mention to the staff, who were the most friendly, helpful hotel staff I have ever met. Our every need was met at every point. I'd also like to say an extra thank you to Alice at the reception desk - she was always smiling, and happy to help, whether it was helping us book a taxi, or getting us into the restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful holiday - we would love to come back one day!

Just spent 5 nights at this great hotel which is set in the hillside with fabulous views. We were AI in a suite with ‘The Level’ upgrade which gave us access to a lounge with drinks and snacks, a separate pool and an ‘a la carte’ breakfast on the terrace. A 5 night stay included one dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, which is well worth visiting. We attended a coffee masterclass, led by the bubbly Leila and a glass jewellery workshop led by a visiting glass artist, these were both included, just had to sign up. All the food was of a high standard in the buffet restaurant, as were the cocktails in the lobby bar. The staff were friendly and attentive, Patrick made sure we were happy with everything. A truly relaxing few days away. We will be back 😊

Arrived around 11.30 pm after a long day travelling. The Male receptionist insisted on taking me to my room, which I appreciated rather than me trying to find it from the map. A plate of cold meats and cheeses was available in the restaurant. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Fridge and safe are free under AI. The complex is fabulous. It is absolutely stunning and everywhere is kept spotlessly clean. Lifts or stairs are available from level 5, which is restaurant and reception down to -1, which is the pool area and well-being centre. The food was ok. As with most AI buffets, it could have been hotter...main problem was no labelling, although staff were happy to help. A couple of evenings I had quite a wait for service for some water as they start clearing away tables before 9pm to reset for breakfast even though it's open until 10pm.
All staff I met were pleasant and cheerful, and couldn't do enough for you.
The complex demands amazing views but the downside is it does sit on a hill. It is an easy walk into town or the beach..around 15 minutes. A bit longer coming back up the hill.
Entertainment from 7.30pm every evening .
In summary, I had a fabulous relaxing break and would definitely return.

We spent a week in this hotel and it warrants a review. First impression was great and looked so nice but sadly we were disappointed on multiple occasions. It will be a long read and not all is even mentioned.
TL:DR Not worth the money , nothing is close to price/quality ratio you expect from 5* and most and foremost All inclusive is definitely not all inclusive. If you gonna risk with this franchise take the Level (and up-pay from your all in even more ) as otherwise its far from 5* experience not even 4*. Only saving grace of this place are people who are trying to steer that sinking ship. There are far better 4* places for less money and quality.
Lets start with few positives:
- Staff is very attentive and helpful
- Room were cleaned every day
- Room was large and comfy
- Food was of decent quality
- View from hotel vista
Neutral
- "THE CIRCLE" sale people everywhere taking away your vacation time by trying to sell you something you don't want. Some of them were annoyingly persistent.
- Rooms are a bit tired (our door handle broke :D )
- Room was situated above kitchen so using balcony was out of question due to smell(s)
-view from balcony was so so
-I did not mind the pigeons , at least some form of entertainment, some people might thou
-Location is far from beach ~10min walk down and up the hill it is trying during heat. there is also not much to do in vicinity. closest shopping center is around 7 min walk. all what is nice is view.
The bad and the Ugly
- Squeaky unstable beds (someone mentioned it too in their reviews so i guess it was not rectified)
- Food variety is abysmal for " all in" package in buffet
- All inclusive is not all inclusive, you will not get all the services or drinks or food , far cry from it.
- It is impossible to book restaurant for dinner which is included in your package as it is always busy
- It feels that it is under staffed, thou personnel is trying its best
-There is no juice or drinks self service in buffet and you have to wait for waiter, but they are few and they are always overworked/ overwhelmed
- lack of ambient music near pools, it is so boring there.
- lack of entertainment, there are live music acts but that's about it as they last for couple of hours per evening
- NO WIFI in some areas ( in our room as well)
- Coffee machine broke every day during breakfast

Customer service here is simply second to none. Service is far more superior than 5 stars hotels I have been to. Food was exceptional and as a vegan I found such a great variety of options. All members of the staff are so friendly and work so hard to accommodate you. Best of all we had Music on every night of the week preforming great covers and playing interesting genres very much enjoyed our stay. 👌
