The hotel is in the centre of Costa Adeje town centre so in peak season it might be a bit noisy from the one way system being treated as a racing circuit.
The rooms are a bit disappointing, even after we upgraded, it was small, bland and nothing outstanding so we didn't spend much time there. We found the bed mattresses collapsed easily - too soft. The lifts were a constant talking point which united all guests, they take a long time to appear and are easily filled.
The restaurant was good, lots of choice and themed days of food which we found to be of good quality. We booked all inclusive so had no problems.
The staff are brilliant, always helpful and most speak 2 or more languages so we didn't struggle. I liked the pop up shops which opened within the hotel.
We had a good time and I would recommend it to others.

This is our second visit to this hotel as it was so good last year we had to return. We don't normally go back to the same hotel, however we enjoyed it so much we had to return. The location is probably the best in Tenerife & the main pool is overlooking the sea. The hotel is beautifully kept, the rooms are a good size & the outdoor gym is brilliant. What makes this hotel stand out is the the staff, from check in to check out they are exceptional. I'd particularly like to give a special mention to Marcel who was so attentive both at poolside and in the evening. He works so hard ensuring all customers have a great experience during their stay.
We will return next year.

Great hotel in a great position.
The staff at this hotel really set apart from others.
All the staff are so helpful and eager to make your stay as perfect as possible.
Special mention must go to all the staff at Zumeria pool bar who all stood out as being exceptional.
Michel and Beatriz were both outstanding and did not stop trying to make our days at the pool as wonderful as possible. They really cared that we had everything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. It is the staff like Michel and Beatriz which would make us want to return to this hotel. I do hope the hotel acknowledges such brilliant members of staff.

This hotel is in an excellent location near the beach, yet it's very quiet and slightly removed from the most crowded areas. The property is large, with several heated swimming pools and a saltwater pool. There are plenty of sunbeds, and I never had trouble finding a free one. The pool bars are fantastic, offering great service with very attentive staff.
I chose the half-board option and highly recommend it, especially for the dinners, which featured a fabulous selection of meals and desserts. However, one downside is that all drinks during dinner come at an additional cost, even tea or water, unless you choose the all-inclusive option. That said, I can’t recommend the all-inclusive package due to its high price.
I stayed in a duplex suite—a lovely two-floor apartment with a bathroom, toilet, and balcony on each level. While the furniture is somewhat outdated and could use renovation, the suite was overall very comfortable and enjoyable.
Every evening, the hotel offers live music and entertainment shows, some of which were quite impressive.
Overall: A very nice hotel with excellent service, a great location, and delicious meals.

"What a fantastic hotel! This is the second time we've stayed here, and it remains an amazing experience. The rooms are incredibly clean, the staff is super friendly, and the service and quality at the pool are excellent.
A special shoutout to Ebrina at the reception – she’s a wonderful woman with great tips about the island and always a warm smile. 'We’re going to miss you!'
In short, a top-notch hotel. See you next time!"
