If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Carvoeiro then look no further, this is the place. The hotel is spotless, rooms comfortable. The breakfast provided has a wide range of choice to suit all cultures. The pool bar is fantastic and all staff just amazing! The food is fabulous and prices very reasonable! It's a 5 minute walk downhill to the beach, we couldn't have asked for any better! I'm very sorry to leave but will definitely be back in the coming years. The only slight gripe we had was that the air con was not brilliant. You couldn't lower the temperature below 18°C and that's just too hot for me on a night. Absolutely fantastic Hotel though, the staff really do go above and beyond.

We stayed here using it as our base to travel around the coastline. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room was pleasant and I think the beds were memory beds by which I mean they remembered everyone that had stayed there. My wife's bed had a deep valley in the middle but they were quite comfortable and clean. The pool is large but not heated at all. The buffet breakfast is freely available and of good quality there's not much vegetarian stuff if your looking for a meat free English breakfast. The staff in general were extremely helpful and friendly apart from the reception people who tended to be quite abrupt and short. Back to the room. The door to the landing in our room had a large gap around it which meant if you leave the middle door open you hear every noise from the landing at all hours. Things to improve on. The room door The reception staff manors Lock to the safe being inclusive not chargeable Drink making facilities freely available in the room Somewhere to hang wet swimming clothes on the balcony, we bought some string locally and tied it across from one side to the other. It worked well. And maybe a ban on people carrying arms full of towels early in the morning down to the pool area and hogging all of the loungers for the day. Maybe keeping the outer doors to the bar area closed after 10 pm so that the people wanting to get up early and go wondering can get a peaceful night's sleep. Parking when we stayed was ample but I could see mid season being a problem. Al-in-all a score of 8.75 in my book. Again this is my personal opinion and how we found it when we stayed.

Highly recommend! We had a great time staying here for 5 nights. The pool area is great, was never too packed and was always clean and well looked after. The bar in the pool area had some very nice lunch options and the drinks were delicious, especially the cocktails! The rooms in the hotel were quite simple and not so modern, however they were extremely clean, had great AC and the view from the balcony was beautiful, had everything you need! The highlight of staying here was the staff, every single member of staff we encountered were very friendly, welcoming and kind! The hotel is in a great location, we never had to walk further than 10 mins to get to restaurants/bars/shops/beach etc. The breakfast was great, it had so many options to choose from, and was constantly replenished and always tasted fresh.

My very first hotel in Portugal! We arrived close to midnight and the receptionist were still gave us a warm welcome. No one guide us to the room tho. But maybe because we don’t have many luggage with us. Room is clean and bright and rather big, although the bed is smaller to our liking (totally personal preference, because our bed at home is big). Cleaning services were nice. Breakfast are hearty and many options, although you will find the same menu every day. Big parking space, nice pool (outdoor) with side bar. And it’s walking distance to many great restaurants, shops and beach! Totally recommended.
