This was a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags in a secure area before it was time to check in
The beach is a short walk away down the hill, scouting it out we found it was made up of a few coves some busier than others so worth having a look around.
There is a mini mart on site at the hotel with the essentials, although it would have been nice to have some tea/coffee/water provided as part of the room rate to go with the kettle that's there
Room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom, the room we were in was much bigger than it looked on the photos (and the balcony was much smaller) so they can vary a lot I think. Some reviews mention the shower was cold, it took some adjustment to get it right but it was anything but cold on the hot side
A safe is available for a €10 deposit which we got back at the end when returning the key
Pool was quiet and clean, and there are nice views over the sea from here too.
Breakfast is a selection of fruit, cereals and pastries, hot drinks and juices. There is the option to have some cooked items ordered fresh which you queue up for so this can take a while
We ate once in the hotel restaurant on the first night, we both enjoyed our meals and thought it was both nice food and good value for what you got, contrary to some other reviews.
The only real negative was the fridge in the hotel room, it was very loud and turned on and off throughout the night which woke us up at times. We didn't complain about it so can't complain too much now as perhaps they would have fixed it if we had.
In summary, a nice quiet hotel with good furnishings and facilities. It's a bit out of town but that's what we wanted, there's still options around to eat (good Italian just 10 minutes walk away). And taxis into the busy areas are only about €5 on Bolt and Uber easily available

This is a lovely adult only hotel . The rooms are very nice and all of the staff are friendly and want you to enjoy your stay. There is a small pool with loungers area . Plenty to eat at breakfast. I would recommend the hotel but must mention that this is located a little far out with very little around it. The walk to the old town is a good half hour - going there is fine but walking back is a big hill and fine if your fit . Taxis are cheap and most people seemed to use them.

I give it 3 stars because that's what it should be, not 4... The price was alright and the room with a balcony was absolutely fine. It is however an aging hotel and the breakfast buffet is sub par. So 3 stars sounds about right to me. I highly recommend partial sea view!

Location for us was perfect. It wasn't too busy and felt relaxed. The views from our balcony were beautiful and the short walk to the beach was enjoyable. All of the staff here are very professional, and really made sure we had the best stay. Alexandre the barman made our stay especially lovely.

Well I have read some previous reviews and I do not agree that this is a nice hotel. We arrived with the pool closed the furniture was disgraceful I would not let my dog lay on it. The food was just awful poor quality and the people there were just not up to running the place. The room was ok but out of date with marble floors and step into bath tap showers. There is nothing to do, the spa was closed the gym was closed, the indoor pool was very badly lit with about two lights. So if you want to go back 25 years go to this hotel it’s a joke and I am told it is self certified as 4* by the owner. A complete shambles would never even make a two star in England.
