What a beautiful resort with everything you need. The rooms had huge, comfortable beds and were cleaned twice per day. The restaurants were all fantastic. The best food I have ever had at an all inclusive resort.
Service was spot on, especially Lucy who served us at the beach. She works so hard carrying drinks and food all day and always does it with a smile. She made our trip even more special. Thank you, Lucy ♥️

Excellence Playa Mujeres was absolutely phenomenal. It is literally in the name, to the service up to our view of our room, it was just beautiful. Oscar, Cesar, and Josue were so attentive and pleasant to work with. They made our stay absolutely wonderful. We were so lucky and grateful to have met these three individuals. Every dollar that was spent on this trip was worth while. I can’t wait to come back and make more memories here. Thank you so much Oscar, Cesar, and Josue for making our stay not only memorable, but absolutely incredible.

If you are looking for an all inclusive resort in Mexico, I highly recommend Excellence Playa Mujeres. This is our second time at the resort and we will definitely be back for a third. The service is above and beyond what you would expect and a special shout out to Cesar and Lucy at the excellence pool and Josue at the excellence beach club for providing excellent service during our stay. They made our trip even more enjoyable and whatever we wanted or needed they provided. The grounds are immaculate and the food is some of the best we have ever had at an all inclusive resort. Don’t hesitate…book now…you won’t regret it.

Great first trip here. Service is outstanding with everyone of the staff making sure you are enjoying yourself. Special call out to Fernanda the Excellence Club beach concierge. She made sure we had everything we could have wanted, but also took time to sit with my wife and I to give us some restaurant recommendations as well as what dishes were her favorites. Each day we went back to the beach she asked what we did the evening prior and just made sure everything was perfect. It really made our trip feel special. Everyone at the resort went that extra mile. We will definitely be back.

My husband and I booked our honeymoon at EPM based off of the phenomenal reviews and it ended up being even better than imagined! The complimentary airport transfer service was seamless and from the moment we arrived at the resort we were blown away. The staff greats you as family and truly means it. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel special, welcome, and appreciated. The food was divine and offered a great variety of cuisines. There were activities all day everyday and even special events like a Super Bowl viewing party and Valentines Day events. I would recommend upgrading to the Excellence Club for a couple more benefits such as additional pools, beach access, bars and restaurants. However you really can’t go wrong no matter what room you book! We are already planning on coming back again and recommending to all of our friends!
