We received the most excellent service on our honeymoon at EPM! It was so easy checking in, the room was so nice and housekeeping made sure to keep it that way throughout our stay. We loved the nightly turndown service with yummy treats, the stocked mini bars, and our view was beautiful. The pools were so clean and refreshing. Beach service was SO luxurious with the best views of the beautiful beach. Alejandro was such a friendly guy and took great care of us by scoping out our seats, towel service, and any needs we had. The restaurants had great service and we never waited long. Bar service from Cielo was always great. Our honeymoon was so memorable here at EPM. We can’t wait to return and tell all our family and friends about it!!

Pool #9 Alex! We spent the week in building 9 and we were by the pool a lot. Alex was a great server and made our time at the excellence enjoyable! He was friendly and quick to help us with whatever we needed.
Alejandro in the club beach area was also very friendly and helpful. We shared many fun conversations and he provided good feedback about the island that we visited.
Our last day on the beach, Cesar made us feel extremely relaxed and very sad to be leaving! We’ll hopefully see him again soon.

We had the absolute best time at this hotel. It far exceeded our expectations for the price point. Food and drinks were exceptional for any resort, let alone an all inclusive. The service was also over the top. Every employee we encountered wanted to help and make our stay extraordinary. Our daily beach attendant Yeudel was one of the people that really made us have a great stay. For my birthday he made beautiful beach artwork and every day greeted us with a smile and amazing service. I highly recommend this resort.

It's been a lovely past 4 days here in Excellence Playa Mujeres. I booked an Excellence Club Swim Up Room and had Yeudiel as my concierge the first day, then at the EC beach after that. He was great about checking in with me to see if I needed anything and does the best job with the lounger set up! Josue was the poolside concierge on my last day and he was wonderful as well, so friendly! David was my beach concierge for 2 days and was so sweet and was a natural at interacting with all the guests at the beach. Thanks everyone for a great, relaxing trip!

Excellence Isla Mujeres is the absolute best resort we have ever been to. We came here last spring break and loved it so much that we booked again for this year as soon as we got home. The service is excellent. Every server is friendly and helpful. If you get the chance to interact with Rubi and Josue at the excellence club beach club you will be greeted with nothing but smiles and attention to detail! The food is also amazing with such a great variety of food! The huevos rancheros at the Lobster House, the caprese salad from the kitchen table for lunch, the cauliflower soup at the Magna restaurant, the French onion soup at Chez Isabelle and the grilled octopus at The Grill just to mention a few were amazing! Alejandro from Spice went above and beyond expectations and I sadly cannot recall the name of our Hibachi server but he was so engaging! We love the Aroma coffee place - the selection of coffees - both hot and cold, the pastries, sandwiches, and ice cream are outstanding. A week flew by and we are already planning on our return back! My husband and I have always been of the mindset of never returning the the same place twice but Excellence has converted us
