The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each meal was a treat.

We booked the presidential suite for our wedding. Staff made us feel at home. Every single staff member had a smile on their face. Room service was 10/10. Would definitely visit again

Some of the staff are great! There were three in particular that made our stay wonderful. However, there were some that just made me want to leave at that exact moment.
The food at the buffet isn’t great. Our first night there, a roach was cruising by us as we were eating and insects were found in our food. We went to have a conversation at the lobby (which during our 6 day stay, there was no supervision/ manager). They said what would you like me to do, as in trying to get us out of the way.
There was one specific person that was so rude, and he works for the spa. The rest of the people in the spa are amazing, but this one person needs to be coached on customer service.
The beach was warm but so many jellyfish. You’re able to see that the other resort right by it has some type of restriction / net that could possible be for this. We had to walk across the hotel after being zapped by a jelly fish since the beach was always without any personnel from the resort itself.
Honestly I would not recommend this place, even though it is not because of most of the staffs fault. Seems that it is just poor management.

My family and I had a wonderful and funfilled time at Dreams. The staff were friendly and always smiling, and their service was top tier. The room service was excellent, and the room was clean and modern. Resort is very beautiful, my daughter enjoyed the main pool, she had so much fun. The food was delicious. We had a wide variety to choose from, I enjoyed the seafood the most because I am a seafood lover. We just got back home, and my daughter is already sad and wants to go back. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Your experience at this resort will be fine unless you encounter a sickness situation. If you get sick this is the worst place to go. You might not think it’ll happen to you, but weigh that thought before you jump on going here. They made my family member sit in their lobby throwing up and feeling so incredibly bad until a new room was ready. When you get sick because of food poisoning at their facility you would think there would be a level of accommodation and compassion but that did not happen. I will never return because all of the good pictures and happy moments are forever tarnished by the incredibly bad experience they provided in a medical situation.
