Beloved has been amazing. If you’re looking for a more relaxed, intimate stay, this is the place. The service and all staff have been amazing with a big attention to detail. From Christian at concierge who is incredibly friendly, to Antonio promptly serving the best drinks by the pool with a big smile, to Gustavo at the spa creating an amazing step by step relaxation experience, and, finally, Sebastien and Claudia at Beach Concierge always ensuring we had the best chairs and position on the beach, you will be taken care of every step of the way. At a smaller resort like this, all the little details are emphasized and thoughtful. Claudia also came in very clutch after my phone got mixed up in towel pickups by the pool and she promptly sifted through the bin to retrieve it after the bin had already left for laundry services.

Server Alexis was amazing. Anticipated our needs, even brought us the special of the night after we order but mentioned we were starving from a full day of travel he knew we would need a little extra food. Amazing drinks, friendly environment and delicious food! Highly recommend.
Claudia and Denise at the beach are also top notch, very fun and we had a great time doing little Spanish lessons and pop quizzes. Really created a great environment while enjoying the beach.

Days in the private cabana on the beach are always fabulous!! Sebastian is an absolute star and has all of our wants and needs looked after. Claudia has made both of our trips here to Beloved a pleasure. We like her humor and attention to detail. Our waiters Oscar, Antonio, and Luis have made our stay even better.
We have to mention Benito who is always there with a smile, a perfect pineapple margarita and a 'hello beauty' he truly makes my day ❤️

Absolutely unforgettable experience! We booked Beloved for our honeymoon and it truly was the most romantic experience ever. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and we loved all the little details like the "it's our honeymoon!" sign on our door and "happy honeymoon" dessert in the room. The highlight was definitely coming back on our last night to a beautifully decorated jacuzzi with rose petals and towel swans. This was my first all inclusive resort experience and Beloved definitely set the bar super high! We were extremely pleased with the suite and amenities and the hospitality shown from every single staff member we encountered were top notch. Highly recommend to all couples out there, especially those looking for a more laid back, relaxed environment. It is tucked away from downtown Cancun so probably not suited for those looking for high energy, late night activities, but this was perfect for us who just wanted a romantic getaway to enjoy each other's company.

We came here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The rooms are so clean and are checked on every once in a while for restocking and cleaning. The views from our roof top were so beautiful. The service is amazing and the staff are so friendly. We loved all of the food here and we especially loved the taco truck! Beloved is such a good place for people with food allergies because they take allergies very seriously and make sure your food is safe to eat for you and make you feel taken care of as well. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet, relaxing, but also fun vacation.
