Amazing Staff and Outstanding Facilities – A Perfect All-Inclusive Experience!
We recently stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres and we can confidently say it was a super vacation experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every interaction, whether with the reception team, housekeeping, or the restaurant servers, was warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
The facilities at this resort are top-notch. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The pools were pristine, with plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas, and the beach was breathtakingly beautiful – soft sands, crystal-clear waters, and always well-maintained.
The dining options were incredible, with a variety of cuisines that catered to every palate. The quality of food and drink exceeded expectations, and the all-inclusive package truly delivered on variety and value.
Special shout-out to Orfanel, Oscar, Antonio, and Abner with outstanding service. It’s clear the resort takes pride in ensuring guests are having a great time.
Overall, the combination of exceptional service, luxurious facilities, and attention to detail made this a vacation to remember. We would highly recommend Beloved Playa Mujeres to anyone looking for an stress-free, all-inclusive getaway!

We are in heaven! I have traveled to many places and been lucky enough to stay at all kinds of resorts. Without a doubt Beloved takes the cake. Sebastian, Denise, and Marisol at the beach are amazing people. Christian who greets you at the door and solves any problem/answers any question is a miracle worker with a great laugh. It truly feels like an extended family. In my decades of travel I have never returned to the same resort twice but we will be returning to beloved as often as possible now. We have a new home away from home!

Beloved is absolutely amazing. The resort is a perfect place to unwind with your partner. The property and weather is gorgeous, the food is delicious and the staff are amazing. We highly recommend getting the beach Cabana. The folks who work at the beach are so kind and attentive and truly make your stay. A special thank you to Luis and the whole beach concierge team for making us feel so at home. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

We just got back from our second trip to Beloved! The amazing staff is what sets this resort apart from others. Everyone is warm, thoughtful, and so accommodating. Special shoutout to Brandon and Christian for their help throughout our stay, Marisol for being a ray of sunshine (and great activity leader!), and Sebastian and Claudia for helping us bliss out on the beach every day. We felt so taken care of and are grateful to have spent our holiday here ❤️

This was our fourth trip to Beloved. The personalized service the quiet relaxed vibe will always be what keeps us coming back. The beach concierge crew take great care of their clientele with friendly service from Claudia, Denise and Sebastian. Waiters Antonio, Alex, Luis and Fernando provided great service and we never wanted for anything. Jaime at El Mar made our breakfast meals a great start to every day. While dining options are more limited as compared to a larger resort, the food quality is excellent and we never had a disappointing meal. We are already planning our next return.
