The apartment-room is very good with kids. Lots of space, bed in separate room, small kitchen with water cooker, soap, sponge … and a nice view to the pool and the sea. The staff is very friendly and they are always cleaning. We had a good feeling letting our kid crawl on the floor. The breakfast buffet is great for a 3 star hotel! You get croissants, ensaimadas, bacon, scrambled eggs, tortilla, fruit, coffee… It is a bit of a walk to the beach and the center.

The hotel service was good, room cleaning was regular, and the reception staff was very friendly. There was poolside entertainment. The rooms are furnished with older equipment but provide enough comfort. Each room has a small kitchen with a fridge, toaster, and other appliances, a TV, and well-functioning air conditioning. A Spar and several restaurants are 100 meters from the hotel.

Like most of the other reviews, I was nervous of the negative comments. Can 100% say that the sea views made up for any shortfalls, absolutely fabulous! Yes the hotel was a little dated, but very clean and comfortable, excellent service from all staff and well worth the money. Only had breakfast, which wasn't terribly exciting tbh and when we go back, which we will, probably will opt out of breakfast. Make sure to get a sea view. We didn't hear any noise at all on a night which has also been mentioned.

Try and stay on one of the upper floors, if possible, from fifth floor upwards. Fourth floor is the reception/restaurant level. For us, a sea view was not imperative as you have extra noise from the pool. Great staff, always ready to help, and as we opted for self-catering, no food issues. Dated rooms, yes, but they are sufficient for a family of three. Location is ideal as you're in the middle of everything, but parking may be a short walk away. Plenty of great sea views as you stroll around, and there are plenty of buses for those without a car.

We are sat waiting for our transfer to the airport, so perfect time to write a review, What an amazing place, We are a family of 6, youngest being 14, oldest 18, we have all had an amazing time, no one has been bored...... not even been on their phones, now surely that has to say something.. plenty to do, the pool is great...deep but great. We were self-catering, breakfast in the apartment, the odd night we would also have an evening meal in, a shop just across the road with a lovely small bakery part, kids loved the sausages rolls, so never was short of ideas, We all slept very well, beds very comfy, Apartment clean and all what you need, I would just suggest taking/buying your own coffee mug . As the ones on the room are like tea cups at a teddy bears picnic 😄 We had x2 superior rooms, absolutely amazing view and a very decent size balcony with sunbeds, If after reading the negative reviews you have doubts (like I did) in our experience, there was absolutely no need!! But I suppose everyone is different

Thankfully we stayed in the globalales opposite. On our last day we was given a courtesy room to have a quick shower and freshen up before heading to the airport. This room was in said hotel, my god I was thankful that we were staying in the hotel opposite. The room was dated, stained carpets and walls. The bathroom was dingy and to top it off there was human faeces in the plug hole of the shower. My partner went downstairs to report it. The guy behind reception didn’t have a lot to say and gave us a key to another room, on the way to that room there was bin bags of rubbish in the hallway. We are thankful for being given a courtesy room however we expect to not have faeces in the shower, pretty basic request if you ask me.

Arriving at globales playa santa ponsa was quite a shock, we have used other globales hotels as a family and individually for years and this hotel conpletley let's the chain down. The rooms we were given were a disgrace. Smelly, dirty and mouldy with loose light fittings and stained walls. We instantly went to reception where we were not respected or listened to fairly, it felt as though the staff and manager knew exactly the state of the rooms and were ashamed to agree. Due to my dad's poor health and other room having an infant we gave up our room to sleep on the sofa in the reception as the problem was just never solved. Leaving the first night an absolute nightmare for us all. The following day after alot of upset and persistence we were all given new rooms, cleaner and with better facilities but still in need of a basic renovation, much like the rest of the hotel. After a horror 24 hours we were adamant to enjoy our holiday, waiting a year for my Dad to be well enough to travel. The dining areas (split over 3 hotels) were clean and organised with a good range of food, we enjoyed the pool and games and the entertainment staff's friendly and welcoming attitudes. Santa Ponsa and the surrounding areas did not disappoint, lots to do and beautiful beaches. Safe to say we will not be returning to this hotel and I will be hasty to use Globales again, sadly. The fact this hotel is a 3 star is beyond me, my only words of advice would be find somewhere else to stay as this hotel really is on its last legs.

Visited for 11 nights 20th-31st May 2024, with my partner and 2 year old boy. We had an amazing stay. Service is 10 out of 10 all very hard working people. Entertainment, bar, dinning and cleaning staff are exceptional. We were all inclusive and always found an option to eat especially with a picky 2 year old. I loved the fact it was quieter as we had our little boy with us. Evening and day entertainment was excellent. Unfortunately the time we visited was quiet so kids club hadn't started but evening entertainment kidies disco was enought for him and he really enjoyed dancing with the team. Breakfast and dinner have great selection, You have the option of lunch from the hotel next door which always had something if it was snack bar or restaurant. Only down fall was the shower size but very manageable all the same and no fridge in rooms but we bought a cool box so that sorted that. I am looking forward to booking again for next year. To all the staff thank you for an amazing family holiday.

Rooms basic but functional. Bathroom tiny and our shower sprayed more onto the wall than on us when having a shower. The shower head was broken. Apart from that there isnt anything to complain about. It was kept clean, the food was good and varied apart from breakfast which was the same every day. I would have liked them to have omellettes or pancakes or churros to mix it up a little. Location was great, only a couple of mins walk to the beach and a couple more mins to the bars at night. It was in a quiet spot so close to nightlife but there was no noise from the bars when at the hotel. I would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel for a week. For us it was a beautiful holiday. Thank you for everything. Especially thanks to everyone at the bar. They made for us drinks with less alcohol because it was too hard for us. 😁👍 Hopefully we will arrive again.

Excellent, clean apartments and friendly, efficient staff. Good food from the snack bar too. Wonderful view from the sea view rooms. My only gripe was on arrival our room was not made up for 3 people and I had to move the beds around myself as the 3rd bed was a trundle underneath. This should have been done ready for us, they knew there was 3 of us.

Lovely apartments but be careful as some rooms have a beautiful sea view (which we had) but apartments on the other side of the building faced a large wall which was only metres away from your balcony. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday by very friendly and courteous staff - all the staff were friendly, courteous and friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. 2 issues we had were: (1) we asked for a safety deposit box and we were charged €10 a day - that's €140 if you were there for a fortnight. Previous places we have stayed in and it has either been a nominal fee or a deposit which you get back, and (2) they are apartments and should self catering if need be. There was a 2 ring cooker, a microwave but no oven to cook in?

although this was a great hotel and location. disappointed in view from balcony which was kitchen bins and a wall.next time a pool sea view will be booked. was disappointed that we were charged to use sunloungers 3.50 euros each lounger each person daily.

Hotel was nice, the room was clean. Air conditioning in the room was amazing. Room was quite dated and poorly decorated though. Our room faced the ocean and the view was beautiful. The only true negatives were that if you use a sunbed, some grumpy man will approach you and make you pay €3.50 a day just to sit on a sunbed. The restaurant in the hotel does not take cash.

This place has everything you need. It is a bit tired and showing its age, don't we all? The double apartment I was in was smelly the drains needed cleaning, the staff poured plenty of bleach down but still very smelly. No offer to move. Great location but unless you spend a fair amount more the veiw is of a wall. I would stay again because it was very convenient and clean.

I recently stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and we loved our stay! The room was lovely and a great size with a big balcony. Pool area is great with sun loungers always available. The food was super tasty at the snack bar and we often chose to have lunch there rather than go out to local restaurants! The location of the hotel was also fantastic, it’s in a quiet area however a short 10-15minutes walk to the strip with all the restaurants and nearest beach! The staff were always super friendly and the hotel was always tidy. Would recommend the hotel to anyone and if we ever choose to come back to Majorca we will surely stay there!

We went to this hotel at the beginning of October for 2 weeks .What can I say apart from what a lovely friendly hotel this is the 2 young ladies on the desk Cynthia and Christina what beautiful lady's they are when ever you passed the front desk they always greeted you with a smile and always went out of there way to please you ❤️. The hotel very quite but that's how we like it nice cold swimming pool 🥶 but once in you didn't want to get out . Restaurants around the area there's a very very nice steak restaurant across the road from the hotel Indian and Chinese Restaurant just up the road with some very good deals and food was delicious .But if you want to go into Santa Ponsa town it was about 15min walk . We went for breakfast a few mornings out of the hotel but then we tried the hotel breakfast it was better and a lot cheaper even there food during the day was really nice. The bar man was nice he saw us out walking one morning later on that morning he came up and told us of some good walk that he'd recommend around the area which was very useful. Can't wait to go back .x

Brilliant staff, gorgeous food and gorgeous location. Ellie and staff are excellent and very attentive. A real credit. Beautiful hotel and great bar area. Unfortunately, the music round the pool is far too loud and starts at 9am, goes on until 8pm or sometimes slightly later. Not very peaceful so would appreciate if it could be turned down a lot or turned on later + turned off earlier.

Beautiful clean hotel. 5 mins walk to the square area which has restaurants and a supermarket. Both pools are lovely and our toddler enjoyed the children’s pool. We are two adults and a 3 year old and our studio room was fine, clean but quite cramped with the sofa bed bed I would expect for us it was ok as we chose to have a cot instead. Disappointing that no mini disco as that was an important part of why I booked, the stuff said not enough children however I believe that if they started it more would join in. Anyway not the end of the world. We had a great time here. Worth noting pool closes at 6pm and the bar at 7pm after that no entertainment etc.

Me and my family (5 adults and 4 children) only back from staying here for 2 weeks, would highly recommend this complex. Rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily. Activities for kids every day. Pool bar food is very enjoyable and staff are friendly and very accommodating. Staff on reception could not do enough for us especially Christina, she was so attentive to adults and Children. Chris gave us all the information we required when going on day trips, providing bus time tables and advice on places to visit. She went above and beyond for us. Cinthya from booking was also so accommodating from the time we made our booking was in hand to answer any questions we had. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thanks to everyone who made our stay more memorable x

Overall happy with our stay! The hotel is family friendly, staff were kind and polite apart from the lady at the bar. The hotel is 50 years old and looks exactly like that, needs renovation and decorating doesn't look 4 stars. Rooms are OK, very clean but again everything is just old and not that exciting. Pool is very small, definitely not the cleanest, but with very nice and warm water. NOT ENOUGH sun loungers and everyone reserves them very early in the morning and then it's impossible to get one. Unfortunately our neighbours next door were smoking weed every evening and it smelled horrible and then another people came to that room and apparently the walls are so thin that we've struggled to sleep because of their crying 1 month old baby.

The hotel is in a very good place, food is not that much choice on lunch but if you are not fussy is good, evening and breakfast they have enough to choose from . Rooms are ok , drinks are not that many choices on all inclusive, some of the personnel need a bit more happiness and to smile and talk to the customers nicely. The lady's from cleaning awful 😔, the cleaning it means changing the bin and making the beds and in some occasions changed the sheets as well and changing the towels and that is it, not brushing or hoovering or anything else , the lady's on the reception they were trying their best . The roof bar is bollox , even if you have all inclusive you have to pay there and the cocktails are awful, they have Corona beer just on the menu not on sale , they sell just local beer which for me was ok but not for my friend, single thing I liked on the roof is the view, the view is amazing 😍 , that why I went on the roof nearly every day for a week and pay the Money for rubbish cocktails just for the view. The location is perfect, plenty of restaurants and shops around it

The room was ok, a decent size for 2 people. The bathroom was nice but the shower was problematic. If you didn’t shower directly under the head then the water ran out and into the bathroom and room, not really what you want. The service and staff were very helpful and friendly. Food wise it had it’s days, nothing to write home about. The town is about a 10-15 minute walk. Nightlife is predominantly Irish pubs with live music, if you’re into that then bingo. The area is mostly English speaking with a few Germans and other nationalities scattered around. I’d say it was a friendly place and meeting people isn’t a problem but a very typical British environment and holiday area.

Hotel is clean and facilities are cleaned around the clock during the day. However pool facilities is small for the resident capacities, the pool is crowded . Do not recommend booking the half a board or all inclusive because the food is absolutely not the 4 star hotel standard. The food is like school canteen standard and plus they don’t even give you simple water 💦 ( not included in the meal ) disgraceful. I regretted the money spend for food included in my package as you will find better quality food and similar price just across the road . I will not be coming back here overall not up to a 4 star 🌟 hotel standard unfortunately

Well placed modern Santa Ponsa hotel with swimming pool, gym, cycle hire etc. Close to decent beach, restaurants and shops. Great views over the bay, east and west, depending on room. We booked suite (8th floor) for 1 week mid September, half board. Suite was large with modern eco-style fittings and most amenities, tv, ac, safe etc. Other than shower gel & shampoo there were no other potions/lotions. No tea/coffee making facilities either - we obtained kettle from reception (€10 deposit). Throughout, the public spaces were spotless; our suite was cleaned/made up daily by an attentive, respectful and hard working lady. Thank you. Staff in the restaurant were always helpful and busy keeping tables clear etc. We treated them as they treated us andcwere all the better for it. Being polite goes along way. Food was plentiful, varied and fresh with many detailed presentation aspects. It was entirely buffet-style and tasty. Queuing could be an issue at peak feeding times though. Alcoholic drinks were not included with our package - all could be ordered albeit at hotel prices. The pool was good, cooler than the sea, although I expect it to be crowded at the height of the season where unoccupied sun loungers would be hard to find. The gym has a good range of modern 'torture' equipment! We enjoyed our stay, especially as a base for wider Majorcan travels, cycling, walking etc. A nearby free car park was very useful. There were some minor technical issues with our suite which were rectified swiftly. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, provides decent meals, very good service and a relaxing atmosphere. One could nit-pick every detail of course but we enjoyed our rekaxing and sunny holiday here - if anything had been even remotely bad then we would not have.

Overall, this place is OK for a budget holiday. The food was ok, much the same each day. The bar area was ok and the staff were helpful. The problem was the rooms! Sadly, they were very outdated. The bathroom was awful. The shower cubicle was about 60cm Squared. When you stood in it, your elbows touched the sides! The doors, if you can call them doors, did not shut so the floor got soaked. The beds were awful, and the pillow and mattress were terrible. Yes, the rooms were clean, but they desperately need upgrading. I would not book here again. The sister hotel across the road looked much better and more modern, although I didn't see the actual rooms. The pool area wasn't that great either. Thank goodness we had fab weather and the beach was only a 5 minute walk away. It was a good location for the beach and amenities.

Great hotel, rooms very spacious. Spent most time at the bottom pool as we were there for a stag weekend. The pool bar was good and the service from all staff at the hotel was great. Only complaint from the weekend was the time it took to check in. We arrived around 4am after flight delays and it took roughly an hour to check into our 3 rooms, something which should have only took 5 minutes, but aside from that we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing - we had sea and pool view from the apartment balcony and within a two minute stroll could go swimming in the Santa Ponca Bay. We were six in one of their apartments and it worked well. The kitchen was functional with fridge, toaster and kettle. There were some missing utensils but we made do. When we first arrived, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, but we asked at the front desk and they came and fixed it. It worked very well after that. Two of us slept on the pull-out sofa bed - it had a dip in the middle which was interesting but it was nonetheless comfortable and served its purpose. The people were very friendly and we got fresh towels and toilet paper refills every day. The atmosphere was very pleasant and peaceful, making it very family friendly. I would visit again. The plus point is that the hotel is close to the beach and the room has a balcony view overlooking the pool and beach. However, the beaches in this area are small and not as nice as the east side. The hotel is quite old and has an unpleasant smell as soon as you enter the room, especially the drain in the bathroom smells terrible, the drainage is poor causing water to overflow. The sofa is also old and has stains, smells. The air conditioner in the living room sounds like an excavator but cools quite quickly. The slightly scary thing is that the ceiling in the bathroom is open, we were a bit worried. Overall, this area also has many good restaurants and a grocery store right next door, everything is convenient

I hate to write a negative review, and its my first time doing so but I feel I have to, to WARN other visitors of the scam two receptionists did to a group of us. We stayed here for a week, there was a group of 11 of us, so we booked 2 apartments. At first everything was fine, the maids, handymen, some receptionists and most of the staff were all very friendly and helpful. On our second day, the bathroom in our room began to stink, so we emptied the bin but nothing changed. Then we noticed that the ceiling above the shower had begun to bulge. Eventually this burst and we reported it to reception who sent people up to fix it twice (as it broke again) and then a third time properly after it hit one of us on the head when it burst the third time. The smell was terrible. We hadn't had a bad experience so far aside from the fact that no one collected our towels as promised for 4 days and we had to get our own refills from reception. None of us minded and I would like to preface my warning by saying that we had, throughout our whole trip, a very friendly relationship with the receptionists and had been a very quiet, relaxed group of guests, who were mindful of the rules. The scam happened on our last day. The hotel asks for a €200 cash deposit upon arrival, so €400 for two rooms. On our last day the first room departed at 3am as they were getting earlier flights home, and they attempted to get back their deposit. The receptionist / night porter told them he could only give it to the second group as we held the ONE shared receipt they had given us upon paying at the start. They 1st group texted us saying they hadn't received the deposit and we needed to collect it for them. We were to leave at 7am. We were greeted by the receptionist, Sara who LIED to our faces and summoned the night porter, a shifty looking, dark-haired man with glasses who told us that the money had been given to the other group. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt (hoping that there had been some miscommunication between us and the other group) but we did ask for some kind of proof. All Sara did was write me a note saying that she thought the money had been returned. They had scammed a young group who had worked hard all summer to earn that money and go on this trip. I was so gutted that the two of them would prey on a young group on the very last day of our trip and stain it with their greed. It was such a gross display of dishonesty that we truly couldn't believe it. We tried to call them and to lodge a complaint through Pierre et Vacances but have received no response. (the number for their reception doesn't work). One other thing I would say is for accommodation that markets itself as eco-friendly but doesn't even have recycling bins in the rooms or on-site is fraudulent. We had one bin in our entire 3 bedroom apartment. To sum up - PLEASE IF YOU GO HERE, BEWARE OF SARA AND THE MALE NIGHT PORTER. Make sure you collect your deposit altogether, as unfortunately, there are unpleasant and unscrupulous grown adults working there.

Really loved out 2nd room,, very spacious with a fantastic view. The first room we had was room 101. It had no decent view, hardly any plugs, no working outside light and no light switches near the bed, also very dark. Luckily they changed us when we asked. We only had maid service once, but that wasn't a problem as we don't like maids coming in unless we ask. Staff were lovely and helpful. We would stay again.

It served it's purpose but you can get much better value for money on the resort. We were there for 7 nights and had towels changed regularly but not once changed the bedding. The room was basic which was fine but also quite unclean in the nooks and crannies. Shower was broken when we got there so we had to tie it up with a towel. The only way too and from the hotel from the main resort is via a steep hill or approx 200 steps. Although a taxi is only £5 euro, defo not suitable for families though for this reason. Pool and bar are also located down a number of steps Holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. Working TV, fridge, toaster and kettle and cooking facilities though. Beds were comfortable. Hairdryer in bathroom although I didn't check if it works Staff were very friendly though

My wife and I have just had a short 4 day break here . Great place to stay . We went self catering,but they do do breakfast and lunch which you pay for ,but we just had an early morning walk to the local bakery for croissants and made our own. The rooms are big . Great size living room,with decent size bedroom and bathroom. All clean as you would expect. The staff were friendly and willing to help if your not sure in anything. The views from the balcony was fantastic over looking the beach and sea. Usaal WiFi and satellite TV in the rooms . Satellite was a bit hit a miss , but UK TV is crap anyway,so your not missing anything. Just sit on the balcony with a drink and take the views in . We were in the 4th floor. Swimming pool and sunbeds all around it .and the beach only 5/10 minute walk. The walk ,well there are steps let me tell you 275 to be precise. The wife and I didn't mind , but if you struggle to walk be warned. They do a mini bus run down to the beach in the mornings , I think about 3 different time slots , then pick up at 3.30 . To cone back . All in all a very nice place to stay. We'd definitely stay again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stayed 7 nights in May 24 and enjoyed it. Starting with the good. Found rooms clean. Towels changed every 2 days. Bin emptied every 2 days. Cutlery and cooking equipment ok, but sugest bring a sharp knife. Theres a portable oven/grill which surprisingly works very well. Shower ok but can run out of hot water if you take too long. Decent bathroom facilities with hairdryer and mirror, no sink/bath plugs anywhere in the apartment probably due to stopping people flooding the place if annoyed. TV in room but very little channels for English. Lots of power outlets around. Quite a bit of storage for your clothes (no hangers supplied). Decent free wifi everywhere in the complex. Pool clean and warm. Lifeguard always there next to the children's pool. Plenty of sunbeds in spring (probably not in summer) but some dont lift to sitting position. Theres a great curtesy room with chairs, tables, two showers and two toilets, reception supplied a towel as we left ours in the room. Now for the bad. Its not very disabled friendly, lots of stairs and dissabled access to the pool is non existent, plus the lifts are tiny if your in a decent chair. Getting to the main entertainment and beach is not easy as there's a huge flight of steps over 10 stories high you will need to decend and climb that the regular holidayers know all to well and stay away, however you can take a ten to fifteen minute walk down a hill which is not for the faint hearted or the hotel supplies a taxi bus four times a day. You cant take your own food or drink to the pool, this means they are expensive in their own bar, can of cola €3.40, half of lager €4. Pool area was not cleaned proper as there's a few ants due to spilling drinks the day before and not washed away. Not really for children as there's no entertainment at all for them. Closest shop is on the main strip for food and I've mentioned about getting there. All in all not really for old people or families, but ok for singles, young couples, stag and hen parties with no mobility issues

4 night break in a superior room overlooking pool area , room was modern with up to date fixtures etc , spotlessly clean . Staff were always friendly & helpful especially the restaurant staff , thanks again .Close to plenty bars ☘️ and restaurants albeit a fair hike when heading back to apartments although we hopped in a taxi from the strip for €5 , Hail Hail 🍀

Definitely a 5 star experience! We went for bed and breakfast and the choices were great and so was the quality of the food. The location is quiet as it is a wee walk away from the town, but plenty restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The pool area was lovely and plenty sunbeds with a great view of the sea. The service at both the pool bar and the blue bar was great- and there is nighttime entertainment. Our room was very spacious and spotless. Which is something I really look for in hotels. Housekeeping came round every day and kept everything clean! Overall, a great relaxing experience and we will definitely be back to this stunning hotel!

We just got back from the perfect getaway at Sentido Punta del Mar! As a couple, it was exactly what we needed. Nestled in a peaceful spot with shops and restaurants just a stone’s throw away, it was a short and pleasant walk to the heart of Santa Ponsa. The views from the hotel are breathtaking. Breakfast every morning was delicious, with so much variety to choose from. In the evenings if you don’t want to venture out, you can enjoy live entertainment each night. We loved having our rooms tidied everyday, fresh towels and our bed made! The hotel is a sun haven from morning till evening! We’d definitely recommend booking the Bali beds for ultimate relaxation. The hotel has so much to offer that I haven’t even mentioned here. The dedication of the staff, from reception to bar/restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance, is truly commendable. They all work so hard to ensure guests have an amazing experience. Thank you and well done Punta Del Mar. We can’t wait to return!

We just recently got back from Santa Ponsa. So far it was the best holiday we had. Location is amazing close to the beach shops and restaurants. Rooms are super clean with daily cleaning service. Staff in the hotel couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Reception ladies always smiling and ready to help. Waiters in the bar were absolutely amazing always chatty smiley and friendly they made our holiday so special. Food in the restaurant and the bar was delicious the whole atmosphere around is so nice. Of course can’t miss our favourite Christian. Daily entertainments with him were so much fun ! Overall it was the best hotel we’ve been and we are already planning next year holiday in there again. Loved every minute.

This hotel is fantastic! Both the service and the location make it a wonderful place to relax. We truly felt well taken care of. We got a room with a beautiful view. The food was very good. Every day, we could enjoy the hotel bar with live music and excellent drinks, where we could admire the sunsets. It was beautiful and relaxing. The hotel is just a few minutes away from the city center, where you can also have a great time. We wholeheartedly recommend it!

Upon arrival if rooms are not ready you can put your cases in a locked room and use facilities or explore. We did self catering as don't enjoy the hotel food hotels provide. Glad we did self catering although can be costly we did do one night of dinner at the hotel which was €16 an adult and the food was glum. Nothing exciting and not a lot of choice in all honesty. Nothing to be missed. Was not allowed to sit and feed my baby as I was not eating (did not like the look of anything) so went off outside the hotel. Pool is in the middle of the hotel so only has sun for a few hours per section. Opens after 10am and closes at 7pm. The children enjoyed kids club on the first day. It is only on 10am-1.30pm There is no smoking around the pool area which was refreshing although we smoke it's nice to not have smoke blown all over you and your children when trying to relax. No entertainment in the hotel. If you want to watch entertainment you have to go over the road to their sister hotel. We went for the kids "disco". They had fun. Rooms are lovely but not cleaned enough. They're not swept AT ALL. Cleaners come in every other day and even then they didn't change the sheets only when asked they did! Can't walk barefoot in the room unless you sweep yourself. Quite a few things in the kitchen to use although there is a hob there is no oven so are limited to what you cook! Staff are friendly. Young lifeguard was friendly. Other lifeguard would wonder off and then come back after leaving the pool unattended with people in. All in all would say it's a good hotel for self catering, personally wouldn't go all inclusive here. Location is good, it's close to town centre but up a slight hill. Very quiet which is a bonus. Would come again, they just need to improve on room cleanliness.

On check-in, our room had not been cleaned from prior stay. There was a used q-tip on the kitchen chair with some other trash around the room, and a used soap bar in the shower. We contacted the receptionist who came to investigate and had the room cleaned immediately for us. She also stated she would see what she could do to make this right for us. No further communication regarding what that was. On check-out, I asked and I was told that the room was cleaned daily instead of every other day to remedy this. The room was not cleaned the day before check-out so I don’t see how they cleaned every day. We didn’t stay in the hotel much during the days as we travelled around the island, but the pool itself was never open during the hours we were around (some days we left at 8am but others at 10am and pool still not open). Arrived home around 8:30pm each day and pool was also closed then. I asked about getting pool towels one day and they wanted a 10€ deposit to use towels. I have never heard of a hotel wanting to hold your money for a towel when you are a guest there. There is nightly entertainment but we did not sit for any. They all seem catered towards children.

Fantastic hotel.. we've stayed here twice now. Had lovely connecting rooms, right next to the pool, spotlessly clean and tidy. Every member of staff is superb and helpful. We went all-inclusive, as before the food was excellent, plenty of choice, breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner all exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

I'm in the hotel at the moment, and I will give it a solid four stars. This could potentially change to a 5 stars when I leave. They gave me a present for my wedding anniversary which put them in good books. This hotel is a great place to bring your little kids. I left the hotel, my family and I had an amazing time in the hotel they deserved a five-star.

The stay was great. Foods and entertainment were top class. Really loved their hospitality. Special thanks to hotel plazamar serenity to find out my daughter's favorite cap which we forgot in our dinner table and they send it via post to our home. This shows how much they care about customers. We will definitely come back.

A perfect stay. We stayed for a week and everything was wonderful. The service was attentive, the food at the buffet and the pizza shop, which served food until late at night, were excellent. There were entertainment options for both children and adults, and nighttime activities as well. The hotel has two adult pools and one for children, plus it's very close to the beach. A real pleasure. If we can, we will definitely return.

Once arriving at the hotel at 12 midnight we was sent across to the sister hotel to stay at. No rep there to guide us. Once at our hotel, there was no refreshments, no coffee, tea or even water. When we got to our room there was a fridge, empty, no bottled water. Luckily McDonald's was 10 minutes up the Rd. Obviously this wouldn't be great if I had small children for that time of night. Rooms very clean though there was nothing to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Great animation team ! and program throughout all day especially for families with children. Food at the dining was great where everyday they served different food in the buffet and great deserts! Location is great - about 200m from the beach with shops, car rentals, supermarkets ect... nice place to walk at evening along the beach. Only 2 issues we had is that the AC unit was a bit weak and when we arrived there we got a room next to the building AC unit (see picture) which was really noisy - especially for people who sleep with open window at night as we. Fortunately, the staff was able to move us to another room which was much more quite.

We're do I start. Cig burns in baby travel cot . make up wiped on the curtains to mould in the shower .the dust in the rooms is disgusting. I understand that there is gonna be some dust, but this there are limits. Missing doors from the table covering the fridge ... This is NOT a 4-star hotel by any means .....payed over five thousand pounds, and the views are fantastic if you like looking at air conditioning air vents. ...guys book somewhere else so you are not in the same boat as my family

We stay at hotel 7 days. In my opinion everything was perfect. Nice family hotel with pool. Cleaners everyday clean room and change towels. Food and drinks was good and everybody can choose from large selection. Every night hotel organize program for hotel guests, also per day animators did some activities with people. They were perfect. Personal at hotel is very kind and helpful with everything. Around the hotel are markets and restaurants. Beach Santa Ponsa is clean and nice. Last day we can free deposit our suitcases in room for baggage at the reception. We must check out at 12.00 a.m. Thank you for everything and good luck. :-)

Great location close to the beach and town. However the rooms are dated and are in need of refurbishing. Bathroom - mould present due to poor ventilation. However good showers. Beds - if you are on the pull out bed, the mattress is thin and can be uncomfortable. Service - staff friendly and no issues. Cleanliness- on the service not too bad, however if you look a little deeper it is not the best. Entertainment - hit and miss if acts. However is always on late 2115 start. Pool - cant really comment too much as it is always freezing, so I never went in. Although the kids did and enjoyed it. I don’t really understand the €1 deposit for a cup when getting a drink or €3 if paying by card. Overall not a bad holiday for the price. A week was more than enough time here.

Some issues with the room, such as broken lights and doors, and spotted a mouse. But otherwise, it is generally clean and well presented. Also, some issues that the holiday provider and hotel website use outdated photos including a playground and softplay which no longer exist. The pool is lovely, though, and plenty of loungers. The food was fine, basic but good choice. Hygiene practices could have been better, though. Entertainment was good and varied. Location is nice, not too far from the main town centre and beach, fairly quiet. Unfortunately though, we would not go again as there is no indoor eating area

Stayed at this resort in Sept 2024, with my partner and 21month old son. Room: Not accessible with a pram, up two flights of stairs, which were very slippery when wet. The building is very tired, broken concrete with rusty rebar showing through in many places. The cleanliness of the room was not great, with several dirty areas not cleaned, such as under beds. Kitchen cupboard door was falling off, and the room was very tired all around. Pools: The larger pools seemed to be clean, however the kids pool is hurrendous, it was filthy, and not cleaned once in the week we were there, rotting unsafe wooden posts, and slides etc, we're very worn. The new splash zone however was great. Staff: Entertainment guy Leo is fantastic, the highlight of the hotel. Staff at buffet also excellent. Bar staff in main hotel were miserable, very rarely polite. Food: Savoury meals at the buffet were decent, deserts are shockingly poor, bought in cakes, with no flavour at all. Snacks over at the main hotel, other than fries or pizza, were horrid. General Area: The complex is very worn, rusty fences with sharp edges, AstroTurf peeling up, and generally run down in all areas. Concrete steps in kids pool not a great idea, lifeguard pretty useless. Location: Location is great, quick access to beach and main town area, with many restaurants, bars, and shops. I would not stay here again due to the cleanliness issues, and the run down state of the hotel, Staff are doing the best with what they have, but the place is in desperate need of investment...the sister hotels across the road and in the main town are in much better condition.

Rooms: The lighting is amazing and the room is fairly spacious for my family according to me however there are no cribs for babies in the room and we had to bring our own charging port splitter so we can charge our devices properly, however my entire family hadn't had a single baby since 2017 so no need for cribs, IDK maybe some rooms are better and given depending on the family, but for now I'll say this about it. Service: This is an all inclusive hotel with 3 pools and a restaurant which gives out amazing food for free the workers are very kind. Definitely for me! Plus Free WiFi 🙂 Location: placed in Mallorca, the fact it is short walking distance from a beach and the usual drive can stay ~10 minutes to attractions, although it can be longer, like up to 1 hour, the roads too are beautiful. Also it is placed near enough to a store in case there isn't something that you want/need Conclusion: A pretty good place for luxury family holidays

Great hotel. Very family friendly. Our kids (aged 4 and 2) loved the variety of slides, splash park and main pools. Rooms on the smaller side but still a pleasant space to live in. Very close to beach, supermarkets and a wide range of bars and restaurants. We would definitely look to go back in future.

Had a lovely relaxing stay at Pure Salt Port Adriano. Service was exceptional, hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, comfy and spacious with all amenities needed, with good air conditioning. We made use of the spa and gym during our stay which were clean and not overly busy. Favorite meal of the day was breakfast which we had at Pure Salt and was excellent. Generally a relaxing break, a quiet resort and hotel which we preferred. A walk to the lovely port broke up the day, lots of nice yachts to view and a small, quiet stretch of beach to enjoy. Nice restaurants are at the Port also. One tip for future guests, don’t be afraid to ask staff for special requests. We made a day trip to Santa Ponsa beach as there was no sun bed hire on the Port Adriano beach. However wish we had stayed at the quieter Port Adriano beach. We later found out that the hotel would have provided sun bed and umbrellas to us if had requested. Let the staff know if there is anything you need, they are so friendly and helpful and will be able to accommodate any special requests. Hopefully we will return soon.

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon, I can’t recommend it enough!! Pure Salt Adriano was such a luxurious and welcoming stay, we can’t wait to plan our trip back. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. We were always greeted with smiles! The rooms are so beautiful, clean, and well stocked. House keepers came every day and cleaned our room, as well as bought water to us. The pool and spa area is so beautiful and has so much to offer! We definitely recommend getting a massage, it was a wonderful experience. The food and drinks at the hotel were amazing as well. Everything we tried was so good and the breakfast buffet is incredible! The hotel is in a quieter part of Mallorca, perfect for a relaxing trip. There are several restaurants at the port that are all delicious, and the hotel offers shuttle service which was so nice. They will also call taxis for you, which was extremely helpful since we chose not to rent a car. We sincerely enjoyed our stay here at Pure Salt Port Adriano, and would recommend to anyone wanting a remarkable and memorable vacation. Thank you Pure Salt!!

Lovely quiet location, beautiful views of the port and beach. Rooms very clean and attended twice a day from house keeping. Unfortunately service was extremely slow, be it meals or just drinks, new staff apparently, bottle of wine spilt down my back at dinner by young waiter accidentally, no acknowledgement from Management,menu for lunch and evening meals, very limited and not updated with any alternatives. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from port if required, only a short walk down the hill, but required coming back up, especially if you have had a couple of drinks, restaurants and bars around the port are all very inviting.

Just got back from a fantastic stay at 4U Amanda Santa Ponsa and I couldn't recommend it enough! The hotel is a little gem tucked away in a quiet area, but it's still close enough to everything you need. The staff were absolutely amazing. They were so friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile. We asked for a wine bottle opener at midnight and they Found it for us. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were part of the family. The breakfast was a highlight of our stay. There was such a variety of food and it was really tasty. Everything was delicious and kept us fueled for our days exploring the island. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. It was always clean and quiet, and there were plenty of sun loungers to go around. I highly recommend it for the great value-for-money! 🙏🏼

We stayed at this hotel for 7 days, excellent staff, very friendly, the room is very nice, the bed is very good, the breakfast is very good, the balcony is good with sun from noon until sunset. it's a small beautiful hotel run by the family and they all work there, very helpful and comfortable. this is the only hotel I've been to in my entire life that has free coffee of all types, tea, drinking water and mineral water in the dining room all day long. Thank you, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

We stayed at the Miranda for 4 nights, I had booked the larger room (which cost approx. €10 more a night and was 20 sq. mt)...On arriving we were given a smaller room than my friends, with a smaller balcony -I asked the concierge and they said they would change me over the next day to a larger room. The next day (a different person at desk) said I have the correct room, because it had a renovated bathroom...The renovated bathroom was the size of a linen cupboard and very awkward to use (the shower head broke off). There was no window in the bathroom, which meant the room was humid and and not pleasant after a shower. The only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Also, if you write and I presume pay the extra for a 'welcome gift' that perhaps came with the larger room, it would be nice to actually receive one? Room itself was average, 2 single beds pushed together sums it up really. There are nicer places to stay in Mallorca.

Currently staying here and can honestly say what a superb little hotel. If you want peaceful and relaxing you won't be disappointed. Breakfast is fantastic with a variety of options. Pancakes are fresh and perfect. Rooms are extremely comfy and Aircon perfect. Short walk to restaurants and bars. Already looking forward to returning and we aren't even home yet! Credit to the staff they can't help you enough with anything you require. Little gem
