Overall 3 star. Hotel room clean and well presented but very poor on the daily cleaning, bed got made that was it. Nothing there to wash up with, washing up was left in sink. Cup and glasses very very small. Pool area nice and clean - music sometimes a bit loud. Bar staff lovely and very hard working. Drinks and food by pool were nice but not overly cheap. About similar price to other external restaurants. Entertainments guy friendly but never pushy which is nice. Cheap and cheerful overall but a little bit of a walk from more lively places.

Nice hotel apartments - went with a family of 5 in late September. There is a kids splash pool and a main pool. There is a bar with snacks / simple meals. The local square is a few mins walk and there is a lovely beach 10m drive away. A lovely location, very easy to spend a couple of days on site and lots of nice places nearby to visit, and with a car there is a huge range of great places to visit.
The staff were mixed - we asked the lifeguard to remove a suspicious brown mess from the slide in the kids pool and he initially refused - he tried to get a different member of staff to do it then after 5m reluctantly did it himself. It turned out it was chocolate ice cream but crazy that he initially refused to do anything about it when we asked him to. One time we ordered fries and after 15m asked where they were, the main bar staff then had a loud argument in spanish with the chef who eventually made them for us reluctantly. My kids got a tummy bug and were being sick for 3 days unfortunately, and once when we asked for new sheets in the evening were told housekeeping was closed. The reception staff were mixed, not particularly helpful/friendly.
However one excellent member of staff was LUKAS. He provided activities for kids and adults, and was very personable, friendly, helpful and engaging with the kids. A man of many talents and languages, he made the whole experience excellent for our children. The activities really broke the days up nicely when having whole days in the hotel, and the was a wide range of activities he put on. He remembered our names from day 1, always looked out to speak to us before starting an activity and made it very easy for our kids of various ages to join in. He also offered great advice on where to go on day trips. Thank you Lukas!

my family and i have been coming here a few years, on multiple occasions, the staff here are excellent ,so friendly and welcoming, the apartments are spotless with excellent house keeping. The kids pool is brilliant with a kids slide to keep children entertained while you can relax and there’s also a play park right beside it which is also brilliant,The bigger pool has entertainment which myself and daughter throughly enjoyed every time. There is bar snacks and drinks served beside the pool which is very good and very reasonably priced. if you have kids i definitely recommend.

We had a nice stay here - the staff are very friendly and efficient (especially the room servicing staff) and the rooms were clean, well-furnished, large and had a very welcome and sunny balcony! I also appreciated the location and beautiful surrounding beaches and coast. Thank you for an enjoyable vacation.
I have a few minor and constructive criticisms that would make me give a 5-star review if they are addressed:
- We didn’t have a ‘do not disturb’ sign for our door so got a visit at 09:15 from a very kind and apologetic member of room servicing staff while still in bed! Please provide these in future.
- Please allow guests to leave pool towel deposits on the final bill or by card rather than cash only - I understand the reason and am happy to leave a €10 deposit and €1.50 daily charge for pool towels, but it is very frustrating for guests who do not carry cash!
- Please move the speaker playing the constant music to the other side of the pool. I appreciate you want guests to enjoy the atmosphere (and it’s fun when you’re by the pool!), but it can also be disturbing for others in their rooms.

We have just returned from a 7 night stay and it’s safe to say we didn’t want to go home. The hotel was beautiful and clean and located in a great spot. We would have given a 5* review however there were a few things we feel could be improved/looked into - firstly we struggled to get a subbed as the other visitors woke up extremely early to take their towels out and reserve the sunbeds which meant we were in the direct sunshine with no shade as all sunbeds with umbrellas were taken first, which isn’t ideal with young children. I personally don’t want to feel rushed in the mornings when on holiday to get up early to allocate sunbeds! The second thing was the lack of evening entertainment - Everything shuts at 8pm which leaves you no choice but to either stay in or to go down town - we feel it’s sometimes nice to chill by at the bar pool until 11pm ish and enjoy some entertainment on site, especially on them evenings after travelling. Rooms were lovely and clean however feel the studio apartment was a tad on the small side for the 4 of us. The receptionist staff were lovely and friendly, apart from one lady who was a little blunt and lacked conversation. The male lifeguard on site was fabulous with us and our children, he really made my son feel at ease when hurting his foot. Other than the few things mentioned above, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend.
