Just back from our holiday over Christmas and we can honestly say we had an amazing time. The whole staff team went above and beyond to make every guests Christmas special. We were spoilt with a truly amazing Christmas Eve buffet with the finest food displayed beautifully. Christmas day was an assortment of festive activities which all the children enjoyed. All i can say is Wow it was exceptional. Accommodation was very good and the food was delicious and authentic. The rooms were clean every day and were spotless. The staff all work very hard and nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend you stay here. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

We stayed at this property with friends for four days as part of our Morocco experience. While the location is a bit far from the city center, having a private car is recommended for easier access.
The property offers a range of amenities, including ball games and a swimming pool, which I particularly enjoyed. The meals served at breakfast, lunch, and dinner were satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from.
Our room, however, could use some improvements. The air conditioning was not very effective, making the room a bit warm, and we noticed some ants and other insects.
What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the staff, especially the animation team (special mention to Happiness & Smiley). They interacted with guests in a warm and non-judgmental manner, which added a special touch to our stay.
The overall cost of our stay was very reasonable. We traveled from the UK and paid just £350, including airfare, for the entire experience. I had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this place to friends. I look forward to returning in the future.

If you’re considering booking this hotel please believe the other reviews that say it’s one to two stars.
To start the food and drinks is terrible. It states that it has 2/3 restaurants, it doesn’t mention you have to actually pay for the others. The free food was gross and often inedible to the point where it made me ill. The drinks were equally bad, beer was only ever served in 330ml glasses, cocktails were pre-mixed and had little to no alcohol in them, and the one time I ordered a wine it came in a very dirty glass covered in lipstick.
The zen pool has about 20 loungers, so if you don’t get there early, you have no chance of getting a lounger. For some reason, you had to pay to use the bar at this pool, which made no sense to us given we were at an all inclusive and the drinks offered were the same as the other bars.
The room was dated, didn’t come with basic amenities and the bedsheets were stained. I will say that the cleaning staff seemed dedicated and always checked if we wanted the room cleaned.
The location is about a 20/30 minute taxi from central Marrakesh, which is fine but the location of the resort is very secluded in a gated area, with no shops near by.
The animation team were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic and always made an effort to speak to us despite us not speaking French. The bar staff were mildly annoyed every time we ordered a drink.
It pushes to be a two star resort, let alone the four it claims.

Read lots of negative reviews re food. I completely disagree.
This hotel which is fabulous caters for everyone. Lots of choice and availability. From salads of all descriptions, to fish, beef lamb, turkey chicken etc, etc, rice dishes, dessert table was stunning. There is something for all.
The Resort is beautiful and very well maintained. We r from N. Ireland and i am a very fussy eater and there was lots of choice. Overall a fabulous stay. We were in room 515 and rooms cleaned everyday with clean towels daily

The room was very cold, the heater not working. Dated fixtures. Asked to be moved, finally moved to a warmer room. Food is not labelled for people with allergies. We struggled with one chef who did not speak English very well. Asked for rice noodles without soya sauce, and he shouted at me and flicked his arms in the air. Thankfully, a young lad who did speak English helped out. He translated to the chef, who again shouted and flung his arms in the air. The young kitchen staff then collected ingredients ( which he asked and I picked out ) and went into the kitchens and came back with a hot plate of rice noodles.
Staff at reception limited English, we were told we were not booked into the hotel waited hours until they finally figured things out. We had a sad four days.
