Great location with nice view of cliffs. The room is big, also has stunning sea view. The staffs are friendly and work efficiently. The bars offer drinks and eating with reasonable price over my expectation. Good quality food in restaurant and tasty.
Need to improve things: The dishes in restaurant are not properly clean. The beds in swim pool area are always occupied. When we went to swim, there was no place to put clothes and towel.
I would like to come back.

Amazing location with views straight out to sea. Public areas and rooms are a little dated and a few minor maintenance issues, but the view from the room balcony more than makes up for it. The pool is superb. Food in the restaurant is lovely, but they could just do with dimming the lights to make it less like a canteen. Could do with a better bar area. Come on Tui, spend a bit of money and this hotel could be great

Stunning location. Clean large bedrooms serviced very well each day with cheerful staff.
ALL staff were very helpful, chatty and always smiling.
The food was amazing with plenty of choice and all fresh.
Facilities such as the swimming pools and entertainment was excellent.
The behind the scenes a cooking demonstration tours was very enlightening and we really enjoyed it.
Great hotel and lovely people and nothing was too much trouble. Well done 😁👍

The hotel has tremendously hard working, happy friendly staff.
There is such a wide variety of good quality food on offer at both breakfast and evening meal.
I really enjoyed the daily entertainment laid on. 2 quizzes a day (I couldn't believe my luck) plus so many more.
The hotel and pool are situated in a quiet area with great views of the ocean and the stunning cliffs.
Close by are handy convenience stores dotted around the church square.
I'm hoping to return to TUI BLUE at Los Gigantes next autumn.

Firstly, we absolutely must commend the staff on making us feel welcome and providing such an efficient and friendly holiday from start to finish. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, everyone was so lovely.
We arrived late due to our flight being delayed, and a cold dinner and free alcoholic drink of our choice was provided. The facilities at the hotel are very good, and the food options at breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious.
We found the views from our sea view room to be truly spectacular. Evening and day activities are varied and fun. The resort is an excellent choice for couples, but also suitable for all age groups as we noticed a real mix in ages.
We had an amazing time and would love to come back again.
