Firstly the room we had was spacious and clean. It had a large balcony overlooking the pool. Stayed 7 days, housekeeping came on the forth day offering clean towels but not clean sheets. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Entertainment every night. Personally I think it's more of a family orientated hotel. The location of the hotel is at the top of a very steep hill, not ideal, but good for views. Overall despite some shortfalls I enjoyed my stay.

We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely go back! The location is very nice (close to Los Cristiano's port/beach - which we loved). We rented a car and easily went everywhere from the location. Our accommodation was a huge 2 bed apartment (a bit dated but clean) with a terrace looking to the ocean, beautiful view. The food was good with plenty of choices but often cold. The location has 3 pools which are very nice. There is a shop just in front of the reception open until late so very handy. Service very nice, helpful staff (all speak English) and good entertainment in the evening. Kids enjoyed it very much! Overall very nice place, we ll go back soon! Thank you so much for everything! Beautiful hotel with a choice of 3 pools. Hotel has all you need including supermarket, bars, beauty spa etc. Lots of activities at the main pool for kids and the food is nice but expensive when compared to the local restaurants. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming as are any of the locals I've met. The rooms are nice and clean and come with a fully furnished kitchen and fridge to stock up on some essentials. Hotel is in a quiet enough area which suited us but only a short taxi trip away from the busy area with the nightclubs. There are plenty of nice restaurants close to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and Tenerife in general

Went for 4 nights self catering stay. Apartments are big and clean with fridge, microwave etc. Staff was helpful and friendly. Complex is quite big so it might be difficult to find your way around. Hotel is located on top of the hill so on way back from town you have to climb quite a few steps or pay 5 euro for a taxi.

Very peaceful and quiet hotel (actually I'm not sure if this hotel is at all or just beautiful apartments like a normal hotel) But of course it's a very recommended place. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is fantastic. The view of the walleye is great. The hotel's restaurant is ok, but some things are weird. When you go to the table you should pay for your drinks, so think wisely about what you will drink... maybe you get more from the desk, but who will do that. (There are waiters who say that you can order more and pay when finished, big points to them) After all the staff is so friendly (exp one older lady in the restaurant). Quiet rooms, very good beds and very beautiful yards,, pools, bars.. Notice that the hotel is high on the Hill. Still it's near the beach... walking back depends on your condition it is near or not.
