Everything looks clean and nice outside but inside its not that as advertised. Few things I experienced: 1. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. 2. Food even repetitive, it was very good. 3. Too up-hill but Taxi is around 5€ from the city centre so all good. 4. Walls are super thin + balcony door are not sealed so you could hear everything from the room next to ours, they dont even need to speak loud. 5. Beds are super hard, barely could rest, like I was sleeping on the park bench 6. Rooms are cleaned just once per week of stay which I find a bit too much as the cleanness is not remarkable. All in all, good for the money, but I would go somewhere else next time for sure.

Issues with hygiene and cleanliness is the main concern. Although the room was spacious, there were stains in the shower and toilet like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. When the mirror fogs up after a shower, it is very evident that it also hasn’t been even so much as wiped down before our visit. Our room had a drainage problem, on the first night half the room was flooded, and the next morning we requested at reception, for the plumbing to be fixed. The next day it was better. Apart from that, the hotel has a big cockroach infestation. Cockroaches in the room, smaller bugs and spiders on counters and tables, even in the dining area we saw cockroaches scurrying around tables. I don’t even want to imagine what it must look like in the kitchen. The buffet was underwhelming, i don’t recommend the dinner buffet as choices are very limited and you have to pay for all drinks on top of initial cost, even water! The balcony lock system feels unstable i can see how easy it would be for someone to potentially break in through the balcony. We didn’t have any unpleasant experiences with staff, and the location is good, only about a half an hour walk to get to the beach. Overall the hotel itself is definitely not worth its 4 star rating.

Beautiful hotel with a choice of 3 pools. Hotel has all you need including supermarket, bars, beauty spa etc. Lots of activities at the main pool for kids and the food is nice but expensive when compared to the local restaurants. The staff are all extremely friendly and welcoming as are any of the locals I've met. The rooms are nice and clean and come with a fully furnished kitchen and fridge to stock up on some essentials. Hotel is in a quiet enough area which suited us but only a short taxi trip away from the busy area with the nightclubs. There are plenty of nice restaurants close to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and Tenerife in general

Very peaceful and quiet hotel (actually I'm not sure if this hotel is at all or just beautiful apartments like a normal hotel) But of course it's a very recommended place. Everything is clean and the atmosphere is fantastic. The view of the walleye is great. The hotel's restaurant is ok, but some things are weird. When you go to the table you should pay for your drinks, so think wisely about what you will drink... maybe you get more from the desk, but who will do that. (There are waiters who say that you can order more and pay when finished, big points to them) After all the staff is so friendly (exp one older lady in the restaurant). Quiet rooms, very good beds and very beautiful yards,, pools, bars.. Notice that the hotel is high on the Hill. Still it's near the beach... walking back depends on your condition it is near or not.

Lovely hotel, nice staff. Very long waiting times at reception and they were very slow. Gym was decent. Note - this is very far away from the beach and main shopping areas. Unless you are a good walker, you need to get a taxi up and down.
