We have stayed at Salema Beach Village twice. Which is a first! We have never been back to another resort twice - which speaks volumes. It’s extremely well presented, clean and picturesque set in a perfectly services villages with restraints, bars and shops. The main beach is clean, with lovely smaller beaches within a 30 minute walk.
The homes are clean, and spacious with often great views.
The pool is lovely with plenty of space and the bar is well stocked and the food good.
The only feedback I have is that the kitchens are not fully equipped, for example no peeler, or mixing jug/bowl - things like that. Also the pool is cold - fine for a refreshing dip but our little one didn’t spend hours splashing because she found it a little too cold.
Back on the positive, the staff are fantastic and if you do run into any problems - they are really helpful.
Also the free taxi service into the town is a lifesaver with kids.

This was by far one of the best hotels I've stayed at with my family. When we arrived, the check-in process was quick and smooth; we received our keys and were able to settle into our little house immediately. The interior was very clean and cozy, and each house has its own parking space right out front. There's a public swimming pool that's perfect for cooling off or for the kids to enjoy. The location is also ideal, being very close to the sea and offering beautiful views. They clean your room around 10 a.m. each day, so you can enjoy fresh bedsheets every night. It's truly the perfect place for a relaxing stay.

Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Apartments clean, well furnished and decorated, even the exterior. Pool well maintained and was made to feel special. Sea view was beautiful. Is on a very steep hill. However, the hotel staff offer free lifts up and down the hill. Enjoyed every moment and highly recommend.

5 star accommodation! Staff were so friendly and the place is very well looked after. Very clean and modern accommodation, with everything you need during your stay.
You don't need to bring towels, as they are provided, even for the beach and pool!
Also there is free transport from your room to the beach, whenever you need it. Absolute life saver! As the hill is very steep!
The location is idilic, sandy beach and just enough eating options to vary through your stay. I would recommend booking restaurants the day before, as they get booked up fast.
The sun loungers on the beach are only 15euro for 2 and the beach bar is very convenient and not expensive.
This holiday is perfect for family and people looking for a quieter holiday, only a couple of small bars and definitely no English breakfast option at the restaurants! Just fresh, local food, cooked really well.
There is a small local shop which had a great range and again reasonable prices.
If you want to go exploring, then you may need a hire car. But we spent 4 days there and didn't feel the need to leave, as there was everything we needed within the location.
Highly recommend for a holiday if you want a quieter, slower pace for a while.

Beautiful resort filled with stunning self-catered villas. Came here with two young children (3 and 1) and had a fabulous time. The resort is in quite a hilly area but NAU offered a shuttle service from the beach back to the resort which helped when both children fell asleep. If you are looking for a beach get-away with lovely sea-views this is the place to be.
