Wonderful hotel, we booked a superior room which was absolutely amazing! Very modern, all embroidered towels and bedding was a really lovely touch. Very comfortable bed, rooms were cleaned every day. Huge balcony with a full sized lounger plus two chairs and a table. The views are outstanding, even more so at night. Excellent transport service to town, very punctual! Breakfast was brilliant, fabulous choice of hot and cold food. Staff were very helpful and courteous......Will definitely book again, would highly recommend, simply the best hotel in chania

Very nice place, rather “aparthotel” type but well done. The flats are really nice with unbelievable terraces. The food options are really good, the aqua restaurant is high quality. The staff is really nice. Parking is a bit messy, make sure to book your spot before showing up.

It is very difficult to book online. Customer service never gets back to you in a timely matter. I tried 3 credit cards. Plus, I had someone else try. The way you sent me was the exact same way that it was online.So I don't know why I would get any different results. I ended up booking a different hotel.It was a less than one minute process.

"A Perfect Stay Despite the Roadworks"
We've just returned from a wonderful week at the Royal Sun Hotel, and honestly, we couldn't be happier! Although there were roadworks on the access road to the hotel, this did not affect our use and enjoyment of the facilities at all. We had an amazing time enjoying the pool, the common areas, and of course, the stunning views from the balcony-
Parking at the hotel is limited due to the roadworks, but this wasn't a problem. The staff were extremely kind and arranged a nearby parking spot for us at no extra cost. This attention to detail was much appreciated and made our stay much more convenient.
The breakfast was fabulous, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect to start the day full of energy. Moreover, the staff was excellent throughout, always attentive and eager to help with a smile.
Great facilities, and the views, both from the rooms and the common areas, are outstanding. Definitely a highly recommended experience, and we look forward to coming back soon.

We haven't been on a real vacation for 15 years for various reasons, so this time was very special for us.
Had an unforgettable week at Royal Sun Resort, and Tenerife in general.
The view of the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs is amazing.
The staff is hardworking, extremely friendly, and helpful.
Manu stood out by a mile. In the evening, he manages the Imperial Bar, recalling your drink preferences, aiming to please everyone, and always finding time for a pleasant chat.
Despite the roadworks, it's far enough away to not cause disturbance and in our case, not audible. The workers are friendly and strive to quickly clear the road for you to pass with the car.
Hopefully we will be able to come back next year.
