Overall the hotel is beautiful and very reasonable price for an all-inclusive however they could up their standards of quality when it comes to the food same food almost every day that is very underrated. The alcohol is below average compared to the neighbouring hotels pool area is beautiful quite clean and tidy. Hotel location he’s a little bit far out from the towns. But reasonable value for money

Sunbeds: this is a frustration every day, as sunbeds are reserved by people very early each day contrary to the hotel rules, and therefore it’s very difficult to get a sunbed. The hotel don’t enforce the ‘no reservation’ rules. People will reserve sunbeds all day yet only spend an hour using them. Each day, every single sunbed is taken, yet only 30% are actually being used - and it’s not accounted by folks in the pool. It’s a ludicrous situation. You won’t be surprised to hear it’s a 99% German patronage. We ended up just removing people’s towels and taking the sunbeds, and letting them try to argue for 2 minutes on their return hours later. #satisfaction Food: the food is very poor quality, and not a great selection. All inclusive food generally is always hit and miss but unfortunately comparatively this hotel has below average food for an all inclusive, especially surprising given this isn’t a cheap option for a resort. We ate out 4 times in a 5 day trip and skipped meals 3 times. Location: there is very little nearby to explore in terms of bars and restaurants. If you want to get outside the reality then I wouldn’t recommend. Pool: the pool isn’t heated and is quite cold, however it is a very pleasant area to chill if you manage to get a sunbed. ATM: 13% markup on conversions plus a fee per transaction is a joke. 1£ to 1€ conversion plus fees. Staff: Great staff generally especially reception staff. A couple of grumpy unfriendly ones which lessens the experience. Guy with dreadlocks in the entertainment bar on Thursday was outright rude. Guests: it’s a German resort so it’s not generally catered for English people - in fact a lot of staff don’t speak English so it’s worth knowing some Spanish. I found guests to be a mixed bag, just like anywhere, with some being friendly and others being inconsiderate.

It’s a beautiful place and that is all you are going to pay for. We have enjoyed our stay there, but it was mixture of good and bad feelings. Pros: - The rooms are clean, the cleaners are changing the bed sheets every day. The rest of the hotel is clean aswell. - The workers there are usually very smiley and kind. - They are very generous with the alcohols and there are some coctails which are very tasty. I do recommend daikiri limon. - The garden is gorgeous and the pools are nice. - The souvenir shop has a lot of nice things, you can also buy snacks there. - There were some fun programs near the pools. Cons: - The food is very avarage. I think we enjoyed the breakfast mostly, but other than that it was not the best. Lunch and dinner had lot of deep-frozen food and it was like almost the same foods every day, with some sort of variation. I just feel like they were aiming for quantity and not for quality. But we did not try the other restaurant in the hotel. - The soundproofing of the rooms are terrible. We had difficulties with sleeping. - You have to pay 1 or 2€ to play billiards and for the other funs. - The toilet paper is double layered which is nonsens in a 4 star hotel. - We did stuck in one of the elevator for like 20 mins. - The air conditioner was leaking in our room and it was very noisy. It was a great hotel! The hotel and the garden was clean. We enjoyed every minutes ;) The pools were beautiful but not too warm :D The food were varied, and delicious. You need to pay for the safe (I do not like it, because it is a safety equipment). If you are thirsty when you wake up at the middle of the night, you can’t find useable water machine in the hotel, so you need to thinking before night, and carry some water to the hotel room. They were a lot of program in the hotel, which were very enjoyable (Specially thanks for David, Claudia, Laura, Lorenzo, Claudio, you are the best team, and my friend Jonathan who is the best Barman in the whole island ) All in all we are satisfied, and we can recommend this hotel! The rooms are average. The pool area is nice and it's a few steps from the beach. The food is terrible, very bad quality produce, and dishes that aren't finished at one meal are just badly made into something else over the next couple meals. Main issue was that nothing is labelled with proper allergens. My partner is allergic to fish and constantly felt the effects of his allergy due to the girls being swapped from cooking meat/fish every meal. He was also constantly getting dishes then realising it had bits of fish throughout. All the cocktails are from a machine and the 'juice' is just concentrate mixed with water. Not really what you expect from 4 stars. Another main issue is the sunbeds, there are signs throughout the pool area explaining you cannot reserve them however nearly every sunbed is covered in peoples towels by 8am who don't come to use until at least 11/12. We ended up moving peoples towels as to the instruction of a staff member we asked. We had a big issue with a family of 10 who had 'reserved' 10 sunbeds with only 2 people actually there. The management dealt with the situation very poorly and it is clear they don't enforce their own rules which led to this altercation. I asked 3 staff members for help and no one helped. Poor management.
