Had a lovely week here. The staff couldn’t have done more. Despite the language barrier for some the humour shined through. Stunning view from roof top pool, rooms were cleaned everyday, food was outstanding with lots to choose from and when I booked in for a massage they gave me a fluffy white robe and slippers!! Nice touch zensational!! The ambiance of the whole place was chilled and friendly. Great shops and waterfront restaurants not too far away. Would definitely go here again. 🥰

Fantastic, we stayed in the superior AI, lovely room, very clean but could of done with a couple of hooks to hang robes/coats by the door, air con and heating worked well, TV great with UK channels, mini fridge with a few complementary bits, bottled water restocked every day,
We used all of the facilities except the gym, Spa was great but slightly shocked to have a guy wandering around stark naked, complementary robes, flip flops and towels were a nice touch.
All of the swimming pools are freezing which is a shame as only the brave will take a quick dip, I usually like to wallow in the pool but no willing to freeze.
Food was amazing, such a vast choice and beautifully presented, vending machine juices were very watery but other than that I couldn't fault the restaurant.
We had free flowing drinks, great cocktails.
Close proximity to shops and beach.

We don’t usually stay in all inclusive hotels but found this hotel perfect. It was well located near the dunes. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout. We stayed in a bedroom for 3 which had 2 bedrooms. It was large and comfortable.The staff were excellent from the first contact with reception. The lady in reception advised us on a visit to the volcano and a coastal village. The restaurant staff were incredibly hard working. The food in the restaurant was generally excellent with plenty of choice. Several evenings were themed such as Chinese or Mexican but with a staple of pizza/pasta or paella. The evening entertainment was mixed but the animation duo were really friendly. We didn’t have young children but Milen in particular was excellent with the adults. He s a real credit to the hotel. There are a selection of restaurants and bars and good shops very close to the hotel. We d happily return to the hotel. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make the visit so enjoyable.

Just got back home from holiday, playa park is an amazing hotel if you travel. Very nice area big pools and there’s entertainment for kids and adults. Best all inclusive experience, food and the drinks are great. Best part of my stay would probably be the entertainment. All should visit.

Second stay here and there will be a third, the staff are fantastic with a special mention to Fernande and Natolia in the Wellness centre who treated my wife with her trapped nerve with care and attention. It is kept very clean and has a lovely atmosphere.
