Upon check-in, we opted for an all inclusive upgrade and were quoted €1200 for a week's stay. This was without the additional Christmas banquet, which cost €75 per adult and €32.50 per child. To my surprise, I was told this was a reasonable price. Upon reflection, I found it was cheaper to rent a car, go into town, stock up on snacks and drinks, and dine out each day. For a family of four, dining out ranged from €40 to €100 at the high end, and we even had a large meal with drinks . Additionally, the car hire cost €280 for seven days.
After reviewing the food options, I decided not to dine at the hotel. The meals appeared to be pre-made and lacked variety or culinary skill.
Walking around the hotel, I noticed some areas were in need of maintenance. Our villa and other amenities had some wear and tear, with the fold-out bed being particularly uncomfortable for my 10-year-old. We had initially booked for a family of four, but the double fold-out bed was not suitable, so we were charged an extra €10 for another bed, which was refunded after I raised the issue.
The bathroom also had an issue with the shower screen, as there was no seal around the bottom, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. I reported this on the second day, but it was not resolved during our stay. There were no mirrors outside the bathroom, making it difficult to get ready.
The bedroom cupboards were poorly designed, and the drawer bottoms were damaged. The mattress in the master bedroom was old, and the sheets had some stains. The kitchen appeared outdated with several repairs, and the fridge door handle was on the verge of breaking.
We also found a dead animal (a hedgehog) near the reception area that remained there for several days, despite notifying both reception and the cleaning staff.
The hotel lounge area was small, and during peak times, the bar staff struggled to keep up with demand. It was unfortunate that there weren't more staff available to help during busy periods. The swimming pool area looked like it needed some attention, and the lifeguards seemed to spend most of their time sitting together.
I spoke with a family who had been coming here for years, and they mentioned that the quality had declined over time. They were lucky enough to hire a private villa this time.
While the property has potential, it seems to be poorly managed and in need of better upkeep. The price of €1250+ for food and drinks for a family of four felt excessive for what was offered. In comparison, my food bill for a week at home is much lower, and we eat fresh, non-processed foods.
Lastly, the price for the New Year's Day dinner seemed overpriced. It would have been cheaper to take a taxi into town for dinner.

Staff all amazing. The entertainers were fantastic both during the day and in the evening.
Food as expected, drinks fine. Pools great.
Paths an issue. Only thing is the remoteness if you wanted to go for a night away from the complex. Twice daily buses are provided.
Would definitely go again.

The staff were fantastic and there was everything you need to entertain the family. The free bus trips were a bonus as the resort is quite isolated. The food variety was very good and tasty, if you avoid the “British” food and go for the more exotic cuisine on offer. The resort does need a little maintenance in some
areas but the main facilities were great.

Everything is great about this place.
We’ve not had any poor food, always plenty to choose from. The pools are great for children, always something for them to do. The restaurants are clean, staff always on hand to clear plates and tables.
Bars great service.
Nightlife is good for families with younger children.
We’re one week into two weeks and no complaints at all.

It is more than perfect for us. The water park is so huge and the staffs are kind. The room is clean and modern and sea view. Washing machine and dish washer are so convenient for us. There are a lot of activity. You must go and stay
