I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but after being in Ereza Mar for almost 2 weeks I can say i will definitely come back. Rooms are cozy and clean. I give 4 stars just because of the noise from evening bar. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Drinks in poolbar are premixed but decent. And good freshly made sangria. Food is really good - i admit breakfast is rather boring but tasty, but there was seafood paella or similar pasta dish for lunch everyday. Dinners were not as good as lunches but still nice choices including Fish and seafood. And the location and the view- amazing

We recently stayed at Ereza Mar Hotel for three nights to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it was absolutely wonderful! Aaron, Fabiola, and Nelson went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with complimentary champagne and a lovely room. Their hospitality truly made a difference!
The facilities were spotless, and the rest of the staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. While the buffet wasn’t enormous, every dish was delicious! We also loved the hotel's location – offering great views and just a short walk to the heart of Caleta de Fuste.
Thank you to the entire team at Ereza Mar for making our celebration so memorable!

Where to start..
It's not a 4 star hotel. It has the facilities, in the same way a cheap bike has the same number of wheels as a good bike.
I will explain
Service; staff are excellent, they are pleasant and helpful and friendly. Until something goes wrong, and you ask a question to be met with a shrug. I.e the bar running out of large glasses 'shrug' not a collection or access another bars stock.
Cleanliness; above standard, and thorough.
Entertainment- actual Entertainment is good, the Entertainment room has the most uncomfortable and poorly designed chairs possible. Definitely NOT 4 star. Broken chairs left in the room.
Bars pool bar is good, main bar is too small and looks cheap. Poor organisation in getting served.
Pool areas - these are good, real sun traps. Hot tubs 1 was broken, the other two worked but we're old and faulty, jetting water all over the place from perished rubber mounts.
Central areas, look OK but a bit soulless. Again the really badly designed uncomfortable chairs.
Food; Decent breakfast, step above normal all inclusive.
Lunch; good but small choice.
Dinner; as above, was OK, typical all inclusive.
Hotel; rooms are up and down steps, difficult for people with mobility issues. Designed with a 70s feel, not great. Has been refurbished recently, to a fairly low standard, more a spruce up than a refurbishment.
Don't have too high expectations you will be OK, expect a 4 star, you will be disappointed.

I spent Christmas here as a solo traveller and felt so welcome from both the staff and fellow guests. Christmas dinner was real occasion and the staff went above and beyond to make our day feel really special. I really don’t understand why anyone would leave a negative review of this hotel - the rooms are super clean and modern and the sea view is fabulous. I was here at a peak time and always found a spot by the pool or on the roof terrace; there was rarely a queue at meal times or to get drinks - it never felt crowded. I can’t comment on the evening entertainment as I am an early to bed, early to rise kinda girl! In the midst of my depression at the thought of returning home to rainy, grey England, I have just booked another week here next year! ❤️
