For those who want to relax and escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, hotel Pestana Viking, Algarve is a great choice. Stunning views of the ocean. A big advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the beach, 5 minutes and you can enjoy all the natural beauty of this amazing place. The staff is very polite and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious, with high-quality cleaning every day. We booked a suite with an ocean view and were very pleased. The breakfast is varied, everything is delicious and made of high-quality products. Coffee machines are great too, which is a rarity even in 4-star hotels. At dinner, a buffet offers a large variety of food, absolutely for all tastes, preferences and this is great. I would like to separately note the people who work there and create an atmosphere of a wonderful stay. THANKS to all the staff for a wonderful holiday!!!

Great hotel with generally friendly staff. Rooms are a bargain in low season. Pros - location right above the ocean - friendly staff - indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna (you need staff to get the latter operational, which is too much of an effort generally) - nice garden Cons - small rooms - basic double room with 1 chair only - limited in-room amenities - NO fresh juices at breakfast (really?!) - breakfast choice can be wider Suggestion: a socket to charge a phone next to the bed is an almost must-have nowadays.

Holidaying out of peak season has its advantages, the hotel is quiet, and the area is mostly deserted. Three Beaches ⛱️ close by are easily accessible and clean. Hotel is good value, the pools are a bit cold. The food, we mostly ate only breakfast in the hotel was fine. Had a thoroughly restful week.

Pretty location and garden, but many details missing to make it the best experience. E.g. mattresses and pillows are pretty bad. Easy to hear the chairs moving above due to the type of flooring. Pool and Sauna were both fairly cold. Even the jacuzzi. Breakfast is also a bit limited. So not terrible, but could be much better.

Absolutely beautiful location, the staff are so friendly and helpful. The views of the ocean are stunning. Paulo and his team put on the most spectacular breakfast. We have loved our stay. Location is central to beautiful beaches, and middle point in between tourist attractions. This place is a must stay. We will be back ❤️
