Rooms were falling apart (bathroom) the fixtures in the room were wobbly. Also when the rooms were being made up, we found there was old stains on the sheets and towels. We asked this to be changed multiple times, and it was never done. Lights outside were off by 11:00pm. I understand it is a family hotel, however most of the guest were still wanting to be with their families and was a safety hazard when children were running round near steps. Reception lights were off by 12:30am - spoke to manager and he didn’t want to know. Was very rude about this especially to the women in our group. There were guests using hands to pick up food and when raised with manager and assistant manager he said nothing can be done. Shrugged his shoulders and walked off. There was a naked man who attacked his wife several times. He was strangled unconscious by another guest and this was in front of the whole restaurant. Ambulance was called and confirmed he was on a type of drug. Was allowed back into the hotel and then stripped off and run around naked near the kids the following day after trying to attack someone again- kids were terrified of what happened. Wasn’t sorted and did it again then next day. The manager said he was more worried about trip advisor reviews than the safety of the guests. Didn’t see the rep the whole 10 days. Food was the same practically each night and made us sick. Ended up losing 2 days due to this. Some people in our group were charged extra tax. The hotel fired the worked who did this to the people at 4am on our late arrival day due to the transfer being late. Ants in the room everyday even after cleaning. Constantly bothered by people pushing drinks that were not included in the all inclusive and also by some workers for excursions & tips. When we didn’t purchase an excursion with one of the workers he got mad and shouted at us then walked off. Animation team were amazing however. They were the only reason we stayed. They were great at entertaining the kids and adults throughout the day. Overall the whole experience was not up to the standards that have been advertised on the website. We have worked had all year to save for this and are extremely disappointed with the quality of the product.

This hotel has a soul, but it needs to be renovated. The hygiene is at a high level and the staff is excellent. They should also work on food, especially salads and desserts. The beach is narrow but beautiful and clean. It's a great value for money and deserves to be visited again.

Hotel and staff were fantastic and really couldn't do more to make your stay an enjoyable experience. Plenty of activities and facilities to cater for all ages and requirements. Constant cleaning going on hotel may not be new its well maintained. Only one downside the food became repetitive however accommodated for all nationalities. Bonus its right next to the beach

While rooms are not all that one may want, they are adequate. Service is great and the hotel is located at the beach. Food caters for all tastes, and is delicious, frequently including fish and traditional tunisian food. Staff and personnel is very kind and approachable. Great vacation...

Very nice hotel on the beach. Food was ok but the kids weren’t very happy with the food but they don’t understand it’s local food. Staff are great and very helpful and Sarah from the entertainment crew was lovely and we all chatted every night. Outside the hotel rubbish everywhere so bit disappointing as it could be such a nice place.
