I recently stayed at Lella Baya in a quad room, which featured a double bed and two single beds. The room provided ample wardrobe space, ensuring that everyone had room to hang their clothes. While there were a few markings in the bathtub and sink, the room was cleaned daily, maintaining a good standard of hygiene.
Our room offered a stunning sea view, and the spacious balcony was a delightful spot to watch the sunrise each morning—a truly serene way to start the day.
The hotel itself exudes a unique medieval, castle-like ambiance that I thoroughly enjoyed. It offers a variety of facilities, including an outdoor pool, a children's pool with small slides, and a heated indoor pool with salt rocks, which seemed to soften the skin.
For families, the hotel provides daily entertainment for children, and the animation team was exceptional, engaging both kids and adults in a vibrant, fiesta-like atmosphere.
While I found the overall experience enjoyable, the food selection was somewhat limited, which may have been due to it being the end of the season.
The staff, though not fluent in English, were friendly and accommodating, managing to communicate effectively despite the language barrier. Arabic and French are their primary languages, so this was understandable.
The hotel's location was ideal, situated in the middle of Cathargeland and close to the main strip, where numerous shops and attractions are easily accessible.
In summary, Lella Baya offers a clean, unique, and family-friendly environment with fantastic amenities and a convenient location. With slight improvements to the dining options, it would be an even better experience.

I was extremely disappointed with your hotel:
1. It is not normal to expect tourists from all over the world and not have internet in the rooms. In addition, the speed of the Internet in the common areas is under all criticism.
2. The air conditioner was not turned on in advance before we entered the room.
3. The elevator always stopped me when passing
4. The toilets were terribly dirty and the toilet paper had turned brown
5. The ceiling of our room was leaking, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel
6. It smelled like horses
Overall, hygiene is terrible here…

They tried to steal from my room. A man had the key to enter my room but luckily we were in the room so he couldn't take anything, in fact he ran away, now I wonder who could have had the key, the cleaning ladies or more simply the reception, in fact I complained to the reception but there was practically no surprise that someone entered the room. the rooms are decent the location is fine the food is decent but unfortunately they should protect the customer more if this happens frequently I think. Furthermore . If you are a single woman traveling to this hotel you will probably be harassed for the entire duration of your holiday. I won't go there anymore.

The restauration is a disaster for those with a kid! Nothing is prepared in advance , after 40min wait for the meat/fish they served people behind us who ordered in Arabic . While the kids were starving and waiting for their food , they had nothing but the paella in the middle of the restaurant for self service , which is not attractive for toddlers !

I am in hotel, it’s the second day. Plates in the restaurant are not clean. You have to put several of them aside, before you find an acceptable one. You need to look after tissues, they are rare but of lowest quality.
tea and coffee are not enjoyable.
Staff is not very friendly, but that’s ok.
Gym is tiny and looks bad, they want 20 Dinars (7 USD) for one time training.
Beach is ok, less garbage would be nice. From two other hotels big pipes are going through the beach, obviously sewages.
