Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough! The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each day. Every meal felt like a culinary adventure, with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented dishes. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The rooms were spotless, and the housekeeping staff did an incredible job of maintaining a high standard throughout our stay. The entire property was well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. However, what really made our stay unforgettable was the animation team. They were full of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, making sure that guests of all ages had an incredible time. From morning activities to evening entertainment, the team went above and beyond to keep everyone engaged and entertained. Their passion and dedication truly set this hotel apart! Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I can't wait to return. If you're looking for a hotel with great food, spotless facilities, and a top-notch animation team, this is the place to be!

The hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained. Our room is very nice with a great view. There is always a great selection of food for each meal. But the best part of the have been the staff. They're all incredibly helpful and have seen that I have a drink in my hand at nearly all times. The animation team keep things interesting with different activities during the day and a variety of shows in the evening. We paid for a few optional extras like the water sports and a spa treatment that left me feeling like jelly after. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, brilliant country, everyone smiles! In particular the animation team are so friendly and have a great variety of activities, especially Ramos! If you get to meet him ask him to do card tricks! There’s a great variety of dishes in the restaurant daily, something for all tastes, but if you really cannot find something that suits you the chefs will prepare something else. Drinks service to the table for lunch and dinner instead of the typical bun fight at the beer or taps as with some all-inclusive locations. Would recommend this hotel and location.

We stayed here 7 nights with a small toddler. We arrived at 1am in the hotel, and the receptionist was very kind he made sure we had a quick check in, and offered us something to eat and drink even at this time. The hotel is clean, so was our room. We got a baby crib also. The food was good, there was a large variety to choose from, local and international food. Also there was always food in the snack bar if you got hungry thorought the day. The beach is nice, so is the pool, but we didn't go to the pool as much, we preferred the beach. And for the end the animation crew was exceptional, they are really friendly and hardworking, and always set aside a few minutes to entertain our toddler! Shout-out to Ramos!

Had a lovely holiday with the family. Food was disappointing though in all the restaurants. Animation team were fantastic. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and grounds were well kept. Lovely beach. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly. Overrall we had a good holiday, but we expected more from an Iberostar hotel.
