Thank you for amazing mid-winter holiday. We really enjoyed swimming in both pools, having a wide offer for breakfast, great views on the sea, lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Thank you to wellness and reception team for their efforts and smooth welcome and departure. Rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable mattress with easy access everywhere in the hotel. We will be definitely back.

Loved my stay here, every staff member I encountered was very friendly, helpful and professional, they really make the hotel excellent. The main lower pool area is amazing and plenty of space, the huge pool also being heated is great. The food is perfectly adequate, especially the breakfasts. The hotel is at the top of a hill and therefore has superb views, there is a guest access gate at the lower pool area which means you don’t have to walk all the way up it though.

Amazing hotel with outstanding staff, making this a yearly winter tradition! Can’t thank the staff enough, especially Anapaula and the rest of the level staff, Jose, and the rest of the hotel staff for making us feel 5 star every step of the trip, they could not do enough to help us! Place is great people are great always with a smile. I like the activities. However someone stole my 50 bucks and nobody really cared about it. Even if u put it in “safe” it is easy to open and i honestly didnt thought of putting my 50 bucks in safe. They didn’t offered any gesture so i’d be happy. Every time my room cleaned my handbag changed its place. I’ve been to many hotels and personal stuff even clothes wont change their place (only clothes in bed may change). So I honestly didnt feel safe after what I’ve experienced. The rest was great. It was my first visit to the island kinda disappointed.
