Modern resort which looks good on photos, after arrival looks like typical Spanish standard finish so some details could be finished better. Standing water in shower, bit noisy spring mattress. And you can easily hear neighbour next door. Small swimming pool which had bit cloudy water so it wasn’t welcoming. Overall okay for short visit, but you can find something better especially for this price.

The rooms are a great size, comfy bed.
When we arrived and booked in, trying to find our room was really hard as they don’t have numbers on all rooms. (Not sure why)
The room itself was tired and needed a fresh paint over. The most disturbing thing was the interconnecting door to the next room. This wasn’t sound proofed at all.
The paths around the complex were dangerous as they had drops on some sides and walking over a bridge just all seemed an accident waiting to happen.
Could the staff do more to make the stay that much enjoyable, yes they could, no mention for restaurant or drinks.
The other part I didn’t like was the call from reception 1 hr after we checked in asking us what time were we leaving on our check out.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was really impressed. The resort was spotless and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
I was lucky enough to have a poolside room, but I would say that all the rooms have good access to amenities within the resort.
The room was great and really liked the Rituals products in the bathroom. Plus they had a proper hairdryer which makes all the difference on holiday. The bed was super comfy and the air-conditioning was perfect.
I used the pool and jacuzzi and both were very clean. I also had food and drinks and was satisfied with everything.

A very nice and cosy hotel. All rooms are on ground level. There is a pool and a large spa area. The hotel is very calm and peaceful. Only small things where a bit annoying.
1) Breakfast opens at 9.00,
2) Diesel smoke from a generator near the pool
3) If you want to enter the hotel when the reception is closed you have to traverse the whole grounds to get to your room
4) on occasion sewer smells

Think twice about staying here. Wi-Fi and TV don't work in the room despite 3 days since I arrived to get it fixed. When I got serious with the reception, they left a bottle of wine in the room, nice, but insufficient after 3 days of hassle and Internet still not working. I had to pay to get additional data with my provider. Cleaning questionable and missed every day to refill the coffee cups. The worse of all is when taking a shower and when you are done, the water is running into the room. The bathroom ended up like a swimming pool, and I had to dry the floor with the towels. I came to relax and not having to speak to reception every day to get things fixed, when I expected basis to be working. NOT WORTHY €160 a night. The facilities in the complex are OK, but the swimming pool is full of tree leaves and god knows what.
