Our recent stay here was a delightful experience. The hotel offered a fantastic blend of relaxation and fun for families. The variety of food options was impressive, catering to all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile.
The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the public areas. The pools were spacious and clean, with water slides that were a big hit with the kids. The mini-disco and evening shows provided excellent entertainment for the whole family. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
While our overall experience was positive, there were a few minor areas for improvement. The wait times for lifts, especially during peak periods, could be longer than ideal. Additionally, the lifeguards could be more attentive to pool safety. The air conditioning system in one of our rooms wasn't functioning optimally, but this was quickly resolved by the hotel staff.
The children's menu could benefit from more variety, particularly for picky eaters. While the food quality was generally high, a minor incident involving food packaging highlighted the need for stricter quality control. The frequency of survey requests could be also be reduced at dinner, and stricter rules could be implemented to ensure safety around the pool slides.
Despite these minor issues, this hotel is a fantastic choice for families seeking a memorable holiday. The positive aspects far outweigh the negatives, and we would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, right next to the beach. The pools and sun loungers are Beautiful and well kept. No rush to get a sun lounger. Went out about 10am and got one in a perfect location 👌 the staff are wonderful and attentive. My partner and I are vegan and are half board and we have not gone hungry. Will definitely be returning with the children. The kid facilities are fabulous :D do not hesitate to book!

Best 4 star hotel in my opinion, it’s is in the best location by being only a walk away from pretty much everything such as excursions, shopping, restaurants, beaches, Siam park, Siam mall etc. Staff are very helpful and also very welcoming at all times, we got greeted by Julio C who was very polite and helpful, treated us amazingly and done everything for us to get us into our room by taking all luggage and welcoming us with a big smile. Room gets cleaned to very high standard and don’t have to worry about your belongings being taken. Pool area is beautiful and if all inclusive have the most amazing food available to you at all times of the day. The food is the best food I’ve had and you can have as much as you want whenever you want. This hotel is very good for adults and kids and has separate parts so that if you want to chill and are a bit older, you can without kids being around and if you have kids there is always entertainment and things to occupy them too. Hotel has different pools including kids pools with slides and adults pool. Everybody is very nice and polite and would definitely revisit, honestly a 5 star hotel experience couldn’t think of anything wrong with this hotel.

This hotel is amazing for families. Rooms are nice clean & comfortable. Pools are all lovely and kept clean and tidy. Local area is also lovely, so great if you like to get out and wander. Great buffet breakfast and dinner with lots of options. Lots of facilities for kids. I travelled with my daughter 7 years old,who loved the kids pool and the mini disco at night and the staff were all very kind and friendly. Adult only areas were also great. Amazing hotel. Can not fault this hotel at all. Food is good, service is friendly, quick and professional and the animation team is great, specially Amanda, Vanessa and Nino. The others are great too just can’t remember all their names. So enthusiastic and great with the kids. There are so many activities for both adults and kids throughout the day and not pushy if you just fancy relaxing. My 2 girls are having a ball. Hotel and rooms are extremely clean and you always see staff about cleaning and making sure everything is good.
Would def come back and recommend. The Staff definitely make the experience better
