We had the most amazing 3 nights at Timoulat Hotel and Spa. The hotel has a feeling of incredible luxury and restfulness that you get with some big hotels but the friendliness and warmth of a smaller hotel. The staff at reception were always incredibly friendly and nothing was ever too much of an ask. The room was spotlessly clean and massive! We got a suite which was worth the upgrade space wise as we had a bathroom each. The breakfast each morning was all you would want and the pool space was a perfect suntrap all day. The staff throughout our stay were always friendly and kind and professional and clearly actually liked their jobs which is so nice to see. We commented that we have never seen so much cleaning and care and attention at a hotel before! We would also recommend the spa facilities - the treatments are luxurious and relaxing and finished our stay nicely. About a 25 minute walk along the seafront to the most happening parts of Agadir but the quietness and the comfort we felt in the location was perfect. One thing we did notice when we were sat in the “living room” area of our suite was the noise from the rooftop bar over the road often went on until midnight, but we didn’t hear this in the bedroom and bathrooms. We will most definitely be back

We are still at the hotel on holiday, unfortunately my wife took a tumble having taken the cable car trip to the Citadel, (the staff there were amazing). Having got back to the hotel the staff were absolutely fantastic and without exception. They arranged a wheelchair and even sent a beautiful bowl of fruit to the room and in the evening, dinner. No one would accept any gratuities! Needless to say I will rectify that on our departure. Only one word - outstanding.

Lovely hotel, staff were very accommodating. The location is a little disappointing as it is quite further out from the beach and main city centre. The swimming pool was also quite small however, everything else definitely compensated for it.

Hotel was clean and the room perfect with a great view, the food was amazing and we loved the moroccan food twice a week. Less than 10 minutes walk from the beach

What a fantastic place. Everyone is so friendly , nothing at all was too much trouble. Close to the beach (5 mins walk). Marina is a taxi ride. Air-conditioned, exceptionally clean rooms. There are plenty of sun loungers. Pool not heated, but didn't need to be.
Although French is widely spoken, staff spoke English too. Although a bonjour was appreciated by everyone.
Towels provided daily in rooms and pool area.
The area is undergoing a huge transformation, and although the hotel does not have shops nearby, they are within walking distance.
There is a cashpoint nearby. The hotel doesn't exchange currency by card, only cash.
Although you can buy cigarettes at the hotel along with alcohol, you can not walk into a supermarket and buy them. There are only certain places these are available from.
Will I return? Yes, definitely, maybe in a couple of years to allow the transformation to take place.
