I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this hotel experience was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we faced one problem after another, and despite informing the staff multiple times, nothing was done to improve our stay.
• Dirty Rooms & Unchanged Beds: The room was filthy when we checked in. The beds were not freshly made and were full of hair, making it clear that housekeeping had not done their job properly. Even after complaining several times, the situation remained the same.
• Non-Functioning Bathroom & Ant Infestation: Our bathroom did not work properly, and to make matters worse, it was full of ants. Additionally, there were moments when there was no hot water, making showers uncomfortable.
• Water Restrictions: The hotel does not allow you to use as much water as you need, which is ridiculous for a place that claims to be a proper hotel.
• Long Waiting Times for Drinks: Ordering drinks was a nightmare – we had to wait for hours to get a simple beverage. The service was painfully slow and inefficient.
• Strict Meal Times & Unwelcoming Policies: You can only get food during specific meal times, and once those times are over, the restaurant is strictly closed. If you’re late, even by a few minutes, you are literally kicked out with no consideration.
• Unfriendly & Incompetent Staff: The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not address our complaints and, in many cases, did not even speak English properly, making communication almost impossible. Their attitude was indifferent at best, and they showed no effort to accommodate guests.
• Misleading Hotel Appearance & Outdated Rooms: The hotel advertises itself as something it is not. The rooms are old, outdated, and far from what you would expect based on the pictures.
Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. The poor service, unclean conditions, and lack of hospitality made our stay stressful rather than enjoyable. I would never recommend this place to anyone – avoid it at all costs!

I don’t know why there is a lot of negative reviews here. But I am here just to share my experience, We stayed for 7days at les dunes.. room is very clean, every morning there is a housekeeping to clean the room and change all linens and refill everything, hallway is always clean and I saw some staff working to maintained all the facilities.
The pool is very alive, they always provide entertainment for their guest. There is a lot of sun beds on big pool area where you can enjoy the sun. There is a pool bar that offered refreshments (but they don’t serve alcoholic beverages but it’s fine) you can have alcoholic bev from their other bars.
There is also another pool for the kids/adult with slide, honestly I really enjoyed their slide 🥰
Total of 4 pools If I’m not mistaken.
The food is great, there is a lot of selections. In my 7days stay I didn't see that the main dish are repeated. I really love their desserts 😋
There is a lot of tables, upon seating on the tables the waiter automatic gave you a bottle of water cutleries and napkins are ready no need to ask. Salute to the waiters who assigned in buffet area, I I can say they can manage all guest.
Breakfast: it’s normal that there is a few selections for breakfast more breads, pancake, salad and other cold cuts. there is a long queue in egg station, sometime it depends on the number of guests eating on that time.
There is 3 signature restaurant open every night.

(Moroccan dish)
We eat dinner on this 3 restaurant and it’s included on our all inclusive so, it means FREE. (If you don’t wanna eat at the buffet area during dinner time)
But you need to book and reserved a table 1day ahead only at 4-5pm on your preferred restaurant.
-food is really great can’t complain :)
I also want to commend their staff LARBI from moroccan restaurant thank you so much for your help on my birthday celebration. You are really a great person and doing your job very well 👏

EVA (I’m not sure if it’s correct) the lady who is working at entertainment with a long curly hair. She is very nice.
All staff can speak english.
The also have private area on the beach, lots of sun beds. There is also a security assigned on the beach area for your safety.
They also have a bar near beach, near buffet area where you can stay, relax and drinks. I can say lot of the guest really enjoyed their overflowing drinks especially if you avail all inclusive :)
It’s really worth the money and can’t complain.

Great hotel with perfect huge beach, tasty food, nice rooms. Animations could be better, but it's okay. Fully recommend!

Good hotel. No way 4☆ 2.5 to 3 at push. Very dated bathrooms. Very poor. Lovely gardens and fantastic pool. Waiting on staff amazing. Not so much about staff behind reception. Had a long wait for them to book in 2 couples. Told to go to the bar and come back later. Food cold to warm ish. most of the time. They put a microwave for you to warm it up. Coffee is only available in the morning. In buffet area. Butter hard to find if any. Toaster was there. But been removed. If you like salad or fish. You're OK. Other restaurants on site. Book for them 2 days beforehand. Or you won't get in.
This is an honest review. It's not made up of ones saying 5 ☆ on everything. And yes I would come back. Maybe when improvements made.
