We visited again as we were so impressed last year and this year was no different.
Check in room 15 minutes, but we arrived at 10pm so it was quiet. The reception team are friendly and helpful.
The room was kept beautifully clean and it was modern in comparison to last years room. I especially love the waterfall shower. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.
The food was fantastic, the shakshouka was amazing! There was plenty of choice and variations of meals over the week. This year there were allergen labels on food, a great improvement! The waiters and kitchen team are very friendly and will always stop to say Salam! The mint tea in the morning is a must try! The bartenders are very generous with their measurements and really appreciate if you try speaking Arabic to them.
The entertainment is second to none! A new animation team greeted us, and what a wonderful group of people they are! The singer (who was there last year) is really good and very engaging with the crowd. The magician blew our minds, very funny and very good at his tricks! We enjoyed Yoga, archery, darts, pool games, water aerobics, beach volley ball and Arabic lessons during the day and had some fun in the evening with karaoke, dancing, quizzes and the Moroccan wedding. Our 6 year old loved kids club, she played games, watched cartoons, made pictures was offered face paint, mini disco and much more!

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this hotel experience was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we arrived, we faced one problem after another, and despite informing the staff multiple times, nothing was done to improve our stay.
• Dirty Rooms & Unchanged Beds: The room was filthy when we checked in. The beds were not freshly made and were full of hair, making it clear that housekeeping had not done their job properly. Even after complaining several times, the situation remained the same.
• Non-Functioning Bathroom & Ant Infestation: Our bathroom did not work properly, and to make matters worse, it was full of ants. Additionally, there were moments when there was no hot water, making showers uncomfortable.
• Water Restrictions: The hotel does not allow you to use as much water as you need, which is ridiculous for a place that claims to be a proper hotel.
• Long Waiting Times for Drinks: Ordering drinks was a nightmare – we had to wait for hours to get a simple beverage. The service was painfully slow and inefficient.
• Strict Meal Times & Unwelcoming Policies: You can only get food during specific meal times, and once those times are over, the restaurant is strictly closed. If you’re late, even by a few minutes, you are literally kicked out with no consideration.
• Unfriendly & Incompetent Staff: The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not address our complaints and, in many cases, did not even speak English properly, making communication almost impossible. Their attitude was indifferent at best, and they showed no effort to accommodate guests.
• Misleading Hotel Appearance & Outdated Rooms: The hotel advertises itself as something it is not. The rooms are old, outdated, and far from what you would expect based on the pictures.
Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. The poor service, unclean conditions, and lack of hospitality made our stay stressful rather than enjoyable. I would never recommend this place to anyone – avoid it at all costs!

Starting from the reception personnel were very helpful the animation team are superb and amazing kept the youngest and the adults entertained all the time.
( mini disco & mini club was perfect for my kids)
I would love coming to this hotel again BUT I wish they work more at the buffet because it is bit poor and lake of variety and they should be more carful with the cleanness of the plates and glasses )
Apart from this everything is 10 out of 10

Nice food, plenty of variety. Rooms warm not sure if the air con fully worked. Lots of mosquitoes - bring repellent! Staff and service excellent!

Probably one of my worst hotel experiences ever.
It started when we arrived. I already did the online check-in which now seems unnecessary thinking about it. We were told our room is not yet ready (even though it was the exact time we gave for the online check-in), and that we have to wait in the lobby. I was told this several times, just for them to figure out 90 minutes later, that they forgot about us. It took them another 20 minutes to figure out which room we are assigned to.
Then we were shown our room by staff and after giving him 20dhr he looked at us furious and hasn’t greeted us since then (it is a 1 minute walk and we were carrying nearly all of our luggage ourselves).
The room was horrible, stains on the bedsheets and blanket, and worst of all, dozens of mosquitos in the bedroom and the bathroom. Some of them already dead but not cleaned up and blood around them, most of them alive.
Next issue was when we realized the internet is not working in our room, so we went to the receptionist asking what the problem is. He said that the internet is not working in any rooms besides the public areas. For a 4 star hotel and 140€ a night, I was flabbergasted, for them not providing internet. It turned out, not only does it not work in the rooms, but nowhere besides the lobby.
Next shock was she shower, the glass that covered the rest of the bathroom from the shower was leaky, so after each shower the bathroom was flooded. Also the bathroom had a lot of mold on the ceiling, as well as the toilet just not being clean properly. Ah, and there was not ventilation in the bathroom (that explains the mold), so we were able to enjoy the full experience of a steamy smelly bathroom. Also, they clean up your room around 11 am, take your old towels, but don’t bring new towels until the afternoon, so if you want to shower in between those times, well…
In general, the AC system in the rooms were also not functioning, and as other people commented, after asking staff, the AC literally works in none of the rooms.
Lastly, the breakfast buffet is very limited, and even though it says it’s until 10 am, they already start closing it at 9:30.
Altogether, for a 4 star hotel, costing 140€ a night for the cheapest room, it’s just not enough being right next to the beach and having a pool. Service was horrible and none of the workforce was professional. The rooms are just horrendous, and filled to the brim with mosquitoes.
