Customer service at reception is very very Bad experience. We went as family checked in late night our room was booked as a family room with balcony and quiet room due to kids. When we checked in we were given room close to main road so it was too noisy. Went to reception with the proof of room we booked online with balcony we were told very rudely that no room is available and if we don't want to stay in the hotel we can leave at 11pm night time. Then we were promised next day morning at 9am will get the room we booked. Next day same receptionist and start arguing saying the room will be ready in day time at 2pm we remined about the promise made of getting room in morning and we couldn't sleep all night due to vehicle noise all night from main road traffic so we want the room we booked and paid for so we can rest. But she keep arguing and asked us to satay in waiting lounge from 9am till 2pm if we can't stay in the room we were forced to stay. After a long argument we were send to see the room with balcony it was getting ready and got room next day after no sleep on day 1. When you go first time in a country never been before you look for better customer service and what you paid for. But this experience was worse when you get response to leave the room and find out new hotel of our choice at 11pm night time because we didn't get the room we booked. Will never recommend this hotel to friend and family.

My experience was very good.
The food was excellent but the dining room would benefit from a bit of reorganisation.
Housekeeping was excellent.
The Animation team were charming and engaging. Abdel is an amazing dancer and singer! The exercise class was definitely a bonus. Those guys work very hard to include every guest.
Maintenance arrived promptly when I had a problem.

Our stay had a few ups and downs, but overall, it was a pleasant experience. Upon arrival, the first room we were shown didn't quite match the online photos, leaving us feeling a bit uncomfortable. However, with the manager’s help, we were able to request an upgrade for the next day. The new room was absolutely stunning and just like the pictures we had seen online. The only downside was the noise from the kitchen and nearby construction works, but this didn’t ruin the experience, and we were able to enjoy the upgraded room.
The food and staff truly stood out during our stay. The variety of food available was impressive, with something for every taste, and the quality was consistently high. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and worked tirelessly to ensure guests were well taken care of. A special shout-out to the reception team, who were always eager to assist with a smile. It's clear they work hard, so visitors should make sure to show them respect and kindness in return.🫶🏻
One of the highlights of our trip was the opportunity to explore local excursions, which were organized by a helpful and knowledgeable man offering a variety of options at great prices. All the excursions we tried were well worth the money, providing memorable experiences and great value.
While there were some additional costs we weren't aware of in advance, such as fees for the gym or the 8-ball pool, the overall facilities were good. These small charges were easy to overlook given the wide range of activities available.
Finally, a special mention goes to the animators. They were absolutely fantastic and made sure everyone had a fun and enjoyable time. Their energy and dedication to ensuring guests were happy were palpable, and they formed the friendliest team we encountered. Thank you to all of them for their hard work, and we sincerely hope to return in the future!

Experiences here vary, like the rooms seem to. We loved our stay, the room was wonderful, so spacious and the beds very comfortable. Staff were incredibly hard working, and the breakfasts were fantastic. Lunch and dinner changed menus, my favourite was the night they served Moroccan cuisine.
The pool was lovely, and the general vibe of the hotel was very welcoming. Guests were a diverse mix when we stayed, and we felt very comfortable wearing hijab and full swimwear.
There is some construction in parts, and yes, the entertainment is noisy from 9-11pm, as our room faced that area. But it was fine after 11, and with the overall value for money, I am not complaining.
A lovely family holiday, thank you! I wish I'd remembered to tip the breakfast chefs, they work so hard.

It wasn’t the best experience staying at Argana hotel am afraid, we had to change rooms 3 times during our 7 day visit, and even when we got a better room we couldn’t take a nap in the day because it was constant construction noise just outside our room
The water is not hot in the shower my children’s shower and toilet broke and it took a day to get it fixed, all the food is cold and they don’t provide a microwave, there is no iron or kettle in room if you want something ironed you have to do it at a price and even then it will take two days.
However having said that the staff are so nice and kind all the way from the cleaning staff to receptionists,
