Amazing location and the view Is beautiful. It shouldn't be a 4 star hotel, it should of been 3. The paint job in the rooms are noticeable, cleaning not great as we have to call them for room service, also there should be tiles on the bathroom walls instead of paint, everytime I take a shower, I feel as the water staining the painted walls. One big problem i have with the room is that there are no bin in the bathroom for sanitary.

Had a lovely 3 night stay. Apartments are spacious but a bit dated. Bed super comfy. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and cleaner came every day. We could get Amazon prime on tv. Pool area superb

I would not recommend this hotel.
During our stay, a makeup item went missing from the bathroom after our room was cleaned on the second day. When we reported it to the staff, they were dismissive, refusing to acknowledge the issue or offer any form of resolution. Their attitude made us feel as though we were being accused of lying rather than being treated as valued guests.
Concerned about further incidents, we felt compelled to leave the Do Not Disturb sign on our door for the remainder of our stay, meaning our room was never cleaned. This significantly impacted our experience and left us feeling uncomfortable throughout our visit, which was especially frustrating as this was a long-awaited and well-deserved holiday after a demanding period of work.
A hotel should prioritize guest security and address concerns professionally—unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Service is very poor. Room condition is disgustingly poor. In the toilet there is no exhaust fan. Toilet door lock is broken, once you lock you have to fight with it to open. My daughter was locked inside the toilet. Even though it’s a Muslim country but there is no water facility in the toilet to clean. Room quality is very poor. Even though breakfast and dinner were included in our package but we have been charged for drinking water and coffee.

Poor service overall. It took 2 hours for our room to be ready, no ETAs given.
The room was OK. My room was better than some of the others my family got. If you got “superior double” rooms they’ll be okay. Mine was on the 2nd floor.
The room cleaners were very nice and helpful, we always came back to a clean room. Big thanks to them!!
The pools were ice cold, felt like I was getting frost bite on my feet. Maybe it’s the time of year we came? But the pools aren’t heated for sure.
Breakfast is very bland, not worth it unless it’s included with your package. We only went once.
Then when we tried to check-out, they tried to charge us extra for breakfast even though we had already paid for it. This took long and delayed our check out. Do not buy breakfast separately as it seems the management as catering staff have no communication and not aware that breakfast can be paid cash.
