Poor service overall. It took 2 hours for our room to be ready, no ETAs given.
The room was OK. My room was better than some of the others my family got. If you got “superior double” rooms they’ll be okay. Mine was on the 2nd floor.
The room cleaners were very nice and helpful, we always came back to a clean room. Big thanks to them!!
The pools were ice cold, felt like I was getting frost bite on my feet. Maybe it’s the time of year we came? But the pools aren’t heated for sure.
Breakfast is very bland, not worth it unless it’s included with your package. We only went once.
Then when we tried to check-out, they tried to charge us extra for breakfast even though we had already paid for it. This took long and delayed our check out. Do not buy breakfast separately as it seems the management as catering staff have no communication and not aware that breakfast can be paid cash.

Review of Hotel Anezi Tower, Agadir (Room 908)
While Hotel Anezi Tower is located conveniently near the beach with easy access, my stay here was a bit disappointing. Though it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, I would rate it closer to 3 stars based on my experience. The hotel is large, so during busy times like breakfast or dinner, the buffet can feel overcrowded, with long queues for lukewarm food that often lacked variety.
The rooms, while offering super comfy beds, feel quite outdated, and some amenities like a fridge were missing in my room. As a light sleeper, I found the noise levels at night quite disruptive, so earplugs are a must for sensitive sleepers. Additionally, the elevators are painfully slow, which can be frustrating in such a large hotel.
One of the hotel's disappointments was the gym, which only had very basic equipment. Also, the sauna and steam room in the health club aren't complimentary for hotel guests, although they do offer value for money if you decide to use them.
On a positive note, the staff were all friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which was one of the saving graces of the stay. The swimming pool area, though functional, could use a renovation to match the beautiful surroundings of the city. Unfortunately, the pictures on the hotel’s website don’t quite reflect the reality of the rooms or pool area.
In summary, while Hotel Anezi Tower has a great location and helpful staff, it needs significant updates and improvements to be truly worthy of its 4-star rating.

We had an apartment which was quite dated. From my room there was a lot of noise from outside disturbing me but this stopped around 11pm. It could've been a bit cleaner. The breakfast was very good with freshly made crepes, omelette and pastry amongst other usual items. Get there early as it can get busy. The location is good but a bit of a walk to the beach down some steps

Our party of 7 in 4 rooms had a wonderful stay. 4 star room review is only because though the hotel interior is beautiful, as is the garden and pool area, the rooms are rather dated. Very comfortable and spacious though, with unforgettable views and are beautifully cleaned every day. Amina from Housekeeping especially deserves 5+ stars! All the staff, without exception are super friendly and helpful. Hammam/Sauna etc great. Food is lovely with lots of variety. We particularly loved the music, dancing and celebration on Berber New Year (Yanneyar). Location is brilliant, a short walk to beach, restaurants, shops & buses to the marvellous Souk etc - also no problem getting help with planning excursions. It was a wonderful holiday. Would definitely stay here again.

Apart from the service, the food (inedible in parts) and the uncleanliness, the rooms are fine. This is by no means a bad review as I’d give 5 stars just for the view but the rest of the hotel is just a bit tired and in desperate need of a refurb. I stayed here for three weeks and it’s was fine for a budget holiday and the location + pool area was perfect for me but I’d have to go room only if visiting again as food nearby was cheap and excellent (apart from ok steakhouse). The only unacceptable thing for me was on check out, they tried to accidentally charge me 750DHS or £75 which I think was a ploy to take advantage of me (a 19 year old solo traveller). All in all, it’s ok but just be wary.
