AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS – RUDE STAFF & ZERO HOSPITALITY
I’ve been in the travel industry for years and own a travel agency, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in Morocco.
Upon arrival, the old man at reception was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife and my 81-year-old sick mother. He demanded our marriage certificate in the most humiliating and arrogant way, speaking with no manners at all.
We had booked through an agency for two people, but he refused to add an extra bed, even though the booking clearly stated that an extra bed costs 250 Dirhams. When we explained politely, he just kept arguing like someone completely untrained for hospitality.
We came to this hotel as potential business partners — planning to recommend it to our clients — but after this experience, I would never send anyone here.
The hotel manager himself admitted that “there’s nothing he can do” and even said he “can’t wait for the old receptionist to retire.” That says everything about the kind of management behind this place.
When we finally got into the room, it was a complete disaster:
• Unmade bed and dirty floor
• No electricity
• Blocked bathroom sink
• A team of maintenance people walking in and out for hours
What a disgrace to Moroccan hospitality. The management should be ashamed for hiring such rude and careless people at the front desk. They are destroying tourism and the reputation of this beautiful country.
I strongly recommend reporting this hotel to the Ministry of Tourism — it’s a shameful example of how not to treat guests.
Keep away.

TERRIBLE! If you are thinking of booking, my suggestion is to stay away. Read the reviews and believe them cause it's just as terrible as previous guests describe it. My partner and I went on a four nights stay at this hotel for our anniversary and my birthday, we made a mistake in booking this hotel. The first room we were given was absolutely disgusting from the ripped sheets to the urine smelling bathroom, the receptionist was kind to change our room free of charge which was appreciated. The second room has better standards, as it appeared to be an executive room, however do not expect any coffee, tea, water or anything like that in the room (nor for any special occasions to be celebrated which is common for other all inclusive hotels we stayed in before). I did however find bugs crawling in the closet. The all inclusive is NOT WORTH IT, breakfast is ok. Lunch and dinner were for the lack of a better word APPALLING, no more than 4 choices of food and forget about your allergies meaning anything cause the food has no allergen information or name on any of the foods you are eating. We ended up eating out every lunch and dinner for the entire duration of our stay, no snacks available at any time. There was only one bar available to grab drinks which most times was left unmanned, pool bar is there but closed. I can confidently state that I would NEVER return to this hotel and hope that this review helps others in making the right decision to stay away from booking.

The hotel is in very good location, the view from the room on top 6th floor in the balcony was amazing, Birds who lands every morning just made it beautiful, the bed was good, we had an issue of air-con in the first room but we changed it to a better one facing the mountain and the sea, the only thing i didn’t like is that there were no wifi in the room, but the size of the room was great, we ordered for an electric boiler and fridge and they were helpful.
The breakfast wasn’t that good, but the staff were friendly and helpful.

i don't recommend it at all, the rooms are old, everything is dirty, food is really really bad and there's very few options, no fun activities, broken elevator and the stairs are dirty and old, literally the worst hotel I've ever been to, it's my first night and i already wanna leave, the only good things are the view and the nice staff. overall don't spend your money on this hotel, there's many other better hotels around.

It is very lovely hotel at the city center. It has a big swimming pool. Riding a bus from agadir airport, take the alsa bus costs 50 MAD and stops in front of this hotel. We got a nice room with an excellent view of the promenade and the hotel has access stairs at the back going to the beach. The service was also exceptional and they serve a very good buffet breakfast. The manager Mr Saad was very helpful and friendly as well as staffs..we will be going back to stay in this hotel and we highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much!! We enjoyed our stay 😍
