Overall this place was fine. But definitely not 4 stars or worth what we paid. Clean enough, friendly staff, great location. But the rooms were bare minimum and outdated. The beds/pillows were awful - felt like sleeping on a cardboard box. There were also lots of ants in our room and one of our AC units didn’t work.

The hotel should have 1 star, not 4. Rooms are old and run down, furniture is embarrassingly down to basic, old and in terrible conditions. Beds look like a hostel. To charge your phone you need to unplug the bedside light. The bathroom is basic and old. The smell is terrible. And this is just a few of the details. The common facility looks nice but the place is terrible. 140 euro for a double room: the most expensive and worst accommodation we experienced in over 2 weeks around Portugal! Don't book here!

Incredible collection of small apartment style rooms, very traditional, yet considerably outdated. We did have a few difficulties with room bookings which resulted in a room switch once we’d already settled in, however, the views and placement really made up for any issues we experienced.

Our experience in this hotel at the begging seemed very good, the pools are clean and the staff is very polite. However, the Wi-Fi does not work properly, and we have found BED BUGS on the floor and on the mattresses. Once complained about it to the staff, not only they have not apologised, but not even try to fix the issue. The only option they have offered us is changing rooms, which does not help since bed bugs can attach to clothes, meaning that they could go in the other rooms too.
We have asked for kettle or any type of help for washing our clothes ( since they have to be washed with very hot water ), but even then no proper help was provided.
This was supposed to be a holiday, now unfortunately turned into a nightmare.

First of all some of the staff are really nice and welcoming. The experience we had was terrible and I warn people to not come to this hotel, me and my friends we had bedbugs in all the rooms, when we informed the boy and the reception he couldn’t do anything since the manager was not working and was coming the next week, they didn’t even apologise for it and couldn’t even offer a laundry cleaning for our clothes that were infected with bedbugs, also when we asked for a kettle so we could put our clothes ourselves in boiling water so when could kill the bedbugs that this hotel brought us, the guy couldn’t even give it to us. This experience in this hotel has been horrible, horrendous, ridiculous and disgusting do not even think to come here, really bad
