Arrived for a family holiday for 10 days with 2 toddlers. Staff have been amazing, very friendly and attentive with the boys. Rooms spacious and clean. Reception staff very helpful with booking excursions, and recommending things to do /see. Big shout out to Gino the resident photographer, we have some beautiful pictures to remember the holiday by he was also very engaging with the boys. We found the location ideal with lots to do and keep the little ones entertained. All round a very good holiday had by all - Tenerife we will see you again soon.

The hotel is really good and in the perfect location in Las Americas. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everyday with new towels. The staff are remarkable amazing service and fast. I'd like to give special credits to Camilla the entertainer she made my daughter's holiday something she will never forget. Also to the bar staff that work incredibly hard, Ramon on the pool bar, and the two older gentlemen the work the main bar at night. Unfortunately I forget their name. Spent two weeks here and majority of the time the evening shows were good, only a few were not so great but you are so close to everything with the location to the hotel to be able to go out and see other things. The food has themed dinners, there is always something to find to eat however I would say could add more variety but overall I enjoyed the food.

Great stay with our family, all inclusive is worth it. I saw bad reviews about food however we had no complaints, pool bar staff are awesome and Ramon goes above and beyond and has a great laugh with everyone. Entertainment staff are great Addy and Camilla amazing with kids and a good laugh with the adults. Our second time staying here and there will definitely be a 3rd

Visited the La Siesta for a family holiday in April. We enjoyed our week here and had some really good points in terms of its location and cleanliness. Having said that, there are some issues which would stop us from returning. The main one is the lack of eating options. The pool bar serves little no nothing and the restaurant is only open at specific times which is fine for all inclusive but half board or bed and breakfast guests are left with little options. Makes going with kids a no-no if you aren't all inclusive. We like to go B&B so we can try the various options for eating out for an evening meal and have never been to a 4* hotel with so few options. Really does need thinking about, especially given the competition from hotels right next door. EDIT: The hotel have responded to say food can be ordered from the pool bar. This was true on only 1 of our 7 days. For the others, this wasn't the case and there wasn't a single menu on the tables. There was what appeared to be a food 'truck' which cooked very limited options for a very short time each day. Their comments show the lack of value they place on anything below all inclusive. I expect to be able to order food from a 4* hotel, it isn't a big ask. Review downgraded as appears my hopes of our experience being unusual isn't the case.

Highly recommend la siesta. Me and my husband stayed with our 5 year old. We only stayed bed & breakfast as we like to eat out however I think I would come half board next time. The snack bar/pool bar can be quite confusing with times etc but once you get the hang of it, it’s great. The spa is lovely. Upgrade to club Alexandre rooms to gain access to this daily. Evening entertainment was good especially for kids. Will return
