The hotel is well located, rather clean and spacious, with nice pools, slides and activities for the children and adults. Most animation staff was good although some didn’t seem too motivated to play with the children or make their stay in the mini club particularly eventful. No issues in getting a sunbed, something many people reported on. We absolutely loved the spa, well worth the price! However I find it ridiculous that children are not allowed in the same type of jacuzzi located outside, where most jets don’t even work. Generally the adults only area is empty and unused, so it makes no sense, in particular since there’s the infinity pool and jacuzzi in the up area. I’m no hotel management expert but common sense indicates that a hotel choose its preferred audience and cater for them, so thus artificial division between adults only part and part where children are allowed does not make much sense. Also the food isn’t great especially not worth it for lunch so I’d suggest half board maximum. Rooms are okay, nothing special. Unfortunately no interconnected rooms for larger families which is a must in a place that aims to be a family hotel.

We just got home after a week's stay. Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy the room was very spacious and cleaned every day. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice with a great selection. The infinity pool was amazing. We will definitely go back for another stay. The location was great not far to walk to the centre. 👍

The all inclusive concept seems to be designed so that you always need staff to order something, and often the staff were quite bored to help. Clearly, the intention is to reduce consumption in this way, and it certainly works.
For example, at lunch, the soda machines and beer taps are open, and you can use them yourself. However, at dinner, you can only get drinks from the waiters, who were too few for the number of people. Also some of them lack the will to customer service. The coffee machines are only open at breakfast.
At the bar, you have to queue for everything at the counter. There were self-serve taps, but they were closed. The bar's drink and food menus are hidden behind the counter, and you always have to ask for them separately. The staff also laughed when I ordered a drink instead of a beer, implying it's not a "manly" drink.
On the positive side, the cleaning was good, and cockroaches were only visible outside. However, it's been a while since the hotel was last renovated, and it shows in the room furniture, the condition of light switches, and closets.
My suggestions to the hotel:
Open the self-serve taps
Fix the RFID bracelets.
Make food and drink menus available in bars and dining tables.
Make coffee available during lunch and dinner.

Currently staying at this hotel as a family of four (kids 2 and 4) and for two days running we have been told the children’s park is closed. Our two young girls are devastated and confused as both days they could see other children playing in there. Apparently they have days where only the staffs kids are allowed in there. So, forget us paying customers! Not only the children’s park but the children’s pool is also cordoned off! No idea why, it just looks like a crime scene.
Two nights on the bounce there has been no evening entertainment for the kids either. Scheduled but never happened.
The restaurant doesn’t really accommodate young children, food choice is poor and they’re expected to use adult size cutlery.
The overall finish of the Hotel looks pretty shabby, finished by badly skilled tradesmen, and if you stay in room 829, don’t look up! It looks like the building is crumbling to pieces! The male pool side toilet only has one urinal, which was blocked and overflowing the last time I went. Same with the disabled toilet next to the fun bar, Blocked!
If we had come here without the children then it wouldn’t have been half as bad but, our holidays revolve around our children and we thought this place would have been ideal. We were wrong unfortunately :(

The hotel should be ashamed. Mine and partners holiday ruined with this stomach bug that’s clearly happened to a lot of people. I started to feel ill on our second night, been up all night what felt like torture to us, no sleep and constant sickness every 10 minutes for almost 12 hours. My partner went to reception to ask for medical help to which they advised hospital at our cost or pharmacy which was 20 minutes away. I didn’t eat for the next 3 days because I felt that ill still. Went to pharmacy for medication and the lovely lady knew right away we came from this hotel. Just goes to show! It’s appalling for the hotel to know about this bug going round and not put any health and safety measures in for people to be cautious. Reading all these reviews of people with similar experience is upsetting because I know how awful it felt. A lot of money paid for us not to enjoy our stay and go through that nightmare!
