The hotel is fine, a little shabby as mentioned by some other reviewers and doesn’t have the comfiest beds/bedding, although the sofa was great! The food was fine on the whole – some days better than others but there was a decent selection most of the time. The pool area was a bit cramped and the music wasn’t my vibe so I spent most of my sunbathing time in the solarium which was really quiet and has lovely views. The staff are really nice at the hotel, they work very hard and are very friendly. It was all very clean. Overall, I’d recommend it for an affordable holiday in West Tenerife.

I would say that is not it for a family, no entertainment for kids at all, is a very little swimming pool for kids (no heated pool during our stay -February-), breakfast was just basic, not many choices and I also saw insects in the bread area, is an old hotel not worth it price! Old rooms, doors not closing properly- noisy- But I have to say that the staff was very friendly and hardworking people! The only good part of our stay there

A lovely hotel. Nice and clean. Good food options. All staff but one were super friendly and very professional. Nice pool area. Beautiful views from the roof solarium. Would use again

Hotel was clean and tidy. Receptionist upon greeting were lovely and very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff were great and Ruben in entertainment was amazing. He had time for everyone and provided what he could within control. Dino the lifeguard well….. aggressive, slapping his hands to guests when angry, don’t like British female guest. Falls asleep on his chair likes to close the pool early. Leaves the pool 20 minutes early so he can get changed so he can leave on time which means the pool is unmanned. Needs to learn to be professional.

Mixed experience. Food disappointing, some days better than others. Fruits and salads nice. Fresh pancakes some days for breakfast good but sausages cold, "bacon" fatty/greasy. Eggs often undercooked. Toasters and coffee machines very slow and not always working. Limited variety and only warm enough if went as soon as opened. Partner and i both ill, cant say definately from the hotel but we hadnt eaten elsewhere so this put us off eating much the last few days. Snack bar was just a cabinet at pool bar, very limited. Pool seating area very small and always a horrible sewage/drain smell at that end of pool, unfortunately our room was at that end too so could always smell this. Cleaners start at pool 8am every day dragging beds, chairs which is so noisy, would be much better for guests if this could be done the evening before. Rooms were large, bed very uncomfortable, few areas of room could do with being repaired, grout, tiles etc but cleaners did best and public areas were very clean. Reception looked and smelled lovely shame rest of hotel didnt smell as nice. Entertainment was limited but partly due to mix of different nationalities it was hard to put on events suitable to mixed audience. Was a mostly older age group when we visited so only did bingo and karaoke so no atmosphere in the entertainment area. We also didnt find staff friendly at this hotel when asking for drinks and the paying for plastic cups was a bit of a nuisance as if out had to carry cups to use when got back, buy more or go back to room for cups used the previous day. Not sure all inclusive worth it as not much at hotel for staying there all day. Location good, 10-15 walk down to Playa de la Arena beach, same up to other bars in Puerto Santiago. Walkable round to Los Gigantes too and one street back from main road for buses along to LC/LA. Overall we would be unlikely to stay at this hotel again but did like the area.
