Amazing Hotel, everything works as it should in 4 star facility.
The main Feature of this hotel is an indoor heated two floors swinging pool. It features Jacuzzis , mood light ,wild river ,fountains.
It's connected with outdoor pool , if you brave enough to try it in winter time. Pool is opened from 10am to 8pm , and it's a must go. Water on lower level is even warmer :p. Rooms are regularly cleaned and nice , bathroom was great as well.
Food as expected from 4star close to perfection.
Selection of sea food , salads , main dishes and deserts should satisfy everyone. I could only imagine how great this place is during Sommer months ,when all features are available ( like top flor pool and bar).
Standard evening entertainment for kids / adults , and if not satisfying for you , take a walk to center ( about 15-20min) ,to enjoy nightlife, casinos and bar's.
Hotel personnel very professional, and hard working , thank you very much 🙏.
Overall, it's a great hotel ,and we Did Enjoyed Our Christmas 🎄 up here , and hopefully we will be back here again in the future.

Hotel is nice and the spa area is great with all-day access to jacuzzi, pool etc.
However, it's not exactly a 'relaxing' stay because it's usually full of children being loud. I've only been on a weekend so I suppose it'll be different during the week.
The food is free buffet and it's just there, displayed for everyone. I actually got ill last time I went, and I definitely saw some people coughing on top of the food...
I don't think I'll come back tbh, it was cheap but not worth it for me.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the town, a 20min walk in. The hotel is a nice place to be. The surroundings are very well planted and green. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities to use, the main one being the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. I'm sure we'll be coming here again.

Lovely hotel, rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable with nice pillows and bedding, terrace was large, lovely bathroom with hot walk in shower, beautiful pool area spotlessly clean, nice children's play area and shallow pool, inside heated pool, food was well cooked and good quality, staff were all pleasant.

We have just stayed here for a week and it was such an amazing stay!
Food was great, I'm not quite sure what the other reviews about food were on about, there was always something we could eat.
Room was nice and spacious with a balcony, pull out sofa bed for the kids wasn't the comfiest. Hotel was very clean, only thing I didn't like is the shower towels being put in the bidet, not very hygienic.
Always sun beds, the hotel doesn't open the pool doors until 10 which prevents people reserving which is great!
Staff mainly all friendly minus a few bar staff which I feel shouldn't be working in a hotel if they don't want to deal with people.
Animation team were good, my son did get upset as he couldn't understand what they were saying sometimes.
Mini disco for the kids was so good!
Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would come back!
