Great hotel, fantastic staff, food, drinks and entertainment. The only fault is the outside pool is a little small, isn't heated and their inside pool is part of the Spa which is a 19euro pax for 2 hours, this is worth doing however at least once! Location is great for a range of activities, bars and restaurants. Staff couldn't do more for you! Very accessibility friendly, good range of guests. Housekeeping very professional. Shower water pressure is fantastic on floor 9! Some claim the rooms are dated, but are also the same people who have been returning for the last 10 years so take this with a pinch of salt. Rooms are good size, very comfy beds. Bathrooms are good, TV is small size but it's ok for nighttime watching. Entertainment is great, staff really put effort in, very friendly and approachable. Bar staff remember your order!! Small gripe, during off season (October) some snack facilities are limited but still offer some hot food.

Fantastic hotel and staff. Good quality and good value. Rooms are spotless and also the common areas. The location is also very good. We will come back in January. We will try the Select all inclusive next time. Big thank you to all the staff. They are great people!!!

Excellent hotel, great location. Food was very good and helpful staff. The only negative is that the pool is always cold due to sheltered location. Select lounge is good with branded spirits.

Absolutely loved this hotel. It was a smashing place. Food has an excellent choice. Rooms clean and bright. The hotel itself is very modern and very comfortable. Evening shows were a bit hit and miss but still entertaining. Will be going back very soon. Please note that this is an adults only hotel.

The rooms are nice and spacious. We were on the 13th floor and water pressure was a bit low. Most of the staff were nice, but some of the bar staff were a bit aloof!! Nice walk to the beach, about 5 mins.
