The hotel is fantastic, great rooms, little small but don't spend that much time in the room anyway. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. My husband had left his phone in the taxi and the gentleman behind reception (jose?) Was extremely helpful and helped us retrieve the phone. The cleaning ladies did an excellent job too. The hotel is well maintained and looks almost new and the food, both breakfast and dinner) were delicious, there was lots of choice so catered for everyone, the last night we had pork ribs for dinner and they were honestly exceptional! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is located well for everything. It’s immaculate clean and whilst the rooms are small they are modern. The service from the staff was excellent throughout our stay.
Couple of improvements to make it 5 stars for us :-
The ability to regulate the room temperature yourself as the rooms are very small and they get too warm
There’s a glass window to the bathroom whilst it looks nice with fancy lighting, it’s impractical at night as when you put the bathroom light on to use the loo the entire room lights up and woke my partner.
The food choices in the evening weren’t the best. All very beige, not very hot, and frozen vegetables. At least the salads were nice.

Location amazing! Hotel and service amazing! Entertainment amazing! Food was excellent great range and quality for the price!! First time in Benidorm and have to say me and my wife will defo be back and staying here!!!! Tbh you don’t even need to leave hotel! Great bar next door and in house entertainment fabulous! Big thank you to all the staff ❤️

Great hotel and staff only a few miserable ones at the bar that were not Spanish origin. Food was better than usual and the spa was class..
Location fabulous and the place was clean as a whistle.
Only down side was too many people in the diner at times with people walking around like headless chickens..

Hotel itself looks lovely and the rooms are cozy. Just be careful with the buffet food if you stay here. I only ate in the hotel and on day 2 I spent the remaining 4 of my 5 days in bed with it coming out of both ends, and a 150Euro doctor invoice to show for it. It started after I had raging heartburn after eating chicken nuggets which promptly lead to severe vomiting and a diagnosis from the doctor of Norovirus. I noticed the Chicken nuggets were a bit pink inside after eating 3 of them, a bit of a coincidence. This could have been a wonderful holiday, but the whole holiday was written off, thanks to their food. Never again.
