Positioned perfectly for the lively nightlife.
The staff are excellent.
The location is noisy into the early hours but you can't have one without the other.
Food I found to be of very good quality.
You'd have to go a long way to beat this hotel overall.

I recently stayed at the Marina Hotel, which claims to be a 4-star establishment, but our experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel does not value its guests.
The staff treated us with utter contempt, behaving as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The most shocking part of our stay was when I was physically assaulted by a security guard simply for attempting to take purchased food up to our room. This kind of behaviour is absolutely unacceptable anywhere, let alone a 4-star hotel.
As if that wasn't bad enough, if you decide to pop to the shop, be prepared to have your bags inspected upon your return. Any alcohol you purchase will be confiscated, so forget about enjoying a beer on your balcony. You can’t even take a proper-sized bottle of water to the pool—while they allow a small bottle, if you bring a 2-litre one to stay hydrated throughout the day, they’ll confiscate that too. To make matters worse, on the third day of our stay, I discovered a dirty pair of boxer shorts in the corner of the wardrobe. It was revolting and made us seriously question the cleanliness of the entire room. The constant restrictions make you feel more like you’re in a prison than on a relaxing holiday.
The overall experience at the Marina Hotel was dreadful. The combination of poor service, outrageous rules, unsanitary conditions, and outright aggression from the staff made this the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. If you value your comfort, safety, and freedom, do yourself a favour and avoid the Marina Hotel at all costs.

Been in the Marina hotel for the last 5 years but we've come to the conclusion that it's time to try somewhere else. The hotel has moved to " an "Ibiza vibe" the music around the pool is awful unless U like constant dance music which starts @ 11am.. understand the management are moving on and trying something new... location and rooms are still spot on..

I’ve came here for a girls holiday its our second time to Benidorm but our first time staying at the Marina. We love this hotel, the staff and location that much that we are coming back next year to this hotel. It’s very clean, the cleaners work very hard all day and night to keep it clean. The reception staff were all friendly and efficient. We arrived at 11am and our room was all ready for us to check in. A massive selection of foods for breakfast and evening meals I loved all the food and choice on offer.
Poolside lovely and clean, it gets cleaned everyday. Rooms are a good size we had 3 girls in a room with 3 single beds and it was just right. The location is on the strip which we wanted so it is very noisy until 7am when the clubs shut. The DJ, dancers, and performers were all good and entertaining. It’s a real party pool vibe with mixed ages.
Big shout out to Jhony Edison and Ozzy the poolside waiters, they are all so helpful, go above and beyond to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. The security team are friendly and sorted any trouble oit straight away.
Would highly recommend this hotel for people that like to party and like a party music vibe
