Second time we've been there. The first time we went, we had an ok room with a nice balcony. This time, the room wasn't too bad. Cleanliness was spot on. When you turned the shower on, it would spray everywhere, soaking the entire bathroom. Our room faced the back of the hotel so the only views we had were dirty buildings and cables running from building to building. We had breakfast the first day, which they charge at 7.50 euros. I went for the cooked breakfast. I did eat it, but I wasn't impressed.eggs over cooked and crispy around the edges. Bacon was more fat than meat. Mushrooms tasted like they had been cooked in salt. Our last experience there was good. But after this one I wouldn't go back there.

I feel that the hotel was a 3 and not 4 star hotel, therefore was disappointed by some aspects. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well, the facilities were poor- hairdryer basic, no tea or coffee facilities in the room, no water.
The location was good, I liked the roof terrace bar and the staff were lovely. There was a lovely view from the roof terrace, sadly not from our bed room where we overlooked buildings in the middle, I wasn’t interested in sitting on the balcony overlooking this. We booked breakfast and evening meal- but I really wasn’t impressed with the food and chose to eat elsewhere, even for breakfast. I think this is a nice 3* hotel, but disappointing as a 4*.

Nice hotel in a great location in the old town. Roof top pool area would be too small for the summer peak season but you've got a brilliant beach 2 minute walk from your front door.

Very basic rooms but very clean and maintained daily by friendly maids. I cannot comment about the food as I didn't eat here as I did room only. The location for the old town is perfect as the dove park and marina are right on your doorstep. The pool area is on the roof with a well stocked bar for cold drinks etc but there are not many sunbeds. Views from rooftop pleasant

Great hotel, staff are very nice, always glad to help! Superior room is great with really big bed and very comfortable. Great lady (Gabriela) from room service always left water and some candys!
Pool on roof was closed so we didn't have opportunity to use it! Location is great as well, little noisy at night, but that's normal in center of old town! Beach is on 50 meters from hotel, great sand, lots of space! Umbrellas and sunbeds are 6 euro per piece! But you can bring your own and enjoy in the sand!
All recommendation for Voramar Hotel & Benidorm! Hope to came back again!
