Modern looking hotel on the corner of two roads (8 floors) Our suite was big, but missing table and chair to do makeup and showing signs of wear and even when all 6 lights were on, it still felt dark. Being a 4 star hotel you expect at least a complimentary water, tea and coffee selection, but here you only get 1 tea bag per person, nothing extra unless of course you pay. The bed is huge and comfortable, but you can hear people above you moving around and dragging furniture, which is only a problem if you want to have a lay in bed. It is right across from the beach with restaurants around, so the area is quite busy, even during off season. Breakfast provides a big variety of food, including cooked options and the quality is good. Overall not a bad place, but needs improvement as currently it feels overpriced especially as you need to fork out extra 10 a night if you want to keep your car close by and safe.

An amazing hotel. I had a great 2-day stay here with my friends. The staff were amazing, and the morning breakfast had a tonne of options to choose from. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from, and most importantly, it’s very close to the beach. 10/5 stars if I could

I really loved this hotel. The reason is because I went there for a trip for two weeks but the cost was only 1500$. My experience was great so I recommend to try this hotel out.

Very modern and clean hotel. They offered a good variety of local and international food and drinks, but not too much for vegetatians. The room was big and had a nice view from the balcony. Unfortunately the street is very loud, even on the 5th floor. The partial ocean view is ruined by the noise and the smell of grilled meat from nearby restaurants. If you want to go out to shops or bars, this is the right location, everything is close by. Also the beach can be reached in no time. I would definitely go there again, but not book the side-ocean view.

I travel many months of the year in different parts of the world. Service and good treatment of people are highly important to me wherever and whatever I do, see, eat, and sleep.
I did not stay here (yet) and I dodged a bullet in my honest opinion. Maybe it was a random unlucky experience with one thoughtless person in the company but I will not risk wasting my time and money in a company with heartless staff after tonight's experience. I am a person on crutches, exhausted, lost, and frazzled in a town I just arrived in and I was refused help of charging my dead phone for literally 2 minutes so I could quickly check where to go. The worst part is that he was hesitantly walking over to help, then paused and said, are you a client, we only have this service for clients.
Clearly not a customer. He then smiled and laughed with his colleague as I walked away.
Thoughtless, heartless young individual who doesn't understand that as a frequent traveller, I may have stayed here on my next visit. I could be writing a positive review or word of mouth shared my positive encounter. Instead I'm here, to warn others of my experience with your company. I also hope to spread awareness of your staff members up to higher management.
I dodged a bullet.
I was so shaken by this experience that when I found a kind person to charged my phone in a nearby shop for 2 minutes, (thankfully as I was walking in the wrong direction) and I had to walk past the hotel again, I went back in and the young man wasn't there but a lovely young lady was behind the counter and she said she would pass on my bad treatment to the manager. She was kind and understanding.
