All-inclusive

Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be given a bracelet, which you must wear throughout your stay to benefit from the All-Inclusive service. The All-Inclusive bracelet is personal and non-transferable. A maximum of two drinks and two snacks will be served per person per order.

The "All Inclusive" service begins at 12:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 on the day of departure.

"All Inclusive" includes all these services for the person holding this right as reserved, contracted and/or paid for and if they wear the bracelet on their wrist provided by the hotel for this purpose. It is not permitted to serve drinks or provide food to other people, clients or not, who do not have this board contracted. The Hotel Management reserves the right to withdraw the All-Inclusive bracelet in case of misuse by the client, without the right to make any claim (wasting food or drinks, inviting people without an All-Inclusive bracelet to meals and drinks). It is not allowed to bring food to the rooms or consume food outside the designated places for hygienic reasons. The products are for exclusive consumption in the establishment; no type of product will be served to take away or consume outside the Hotel. Snacks will not be served when the restaurant is open for breakfast/lunch/dinner or after 6:00 p.m.
