Absolutely perfect. The rooms and service are exceptional. We booked this for our 30th wedding anniversary and was not disappointed. We had a bottle of bubbles waiting for us in our room, and lovely touch.
All staff are friendly and welcoming and make you feel very comfortable. Food is tasty and varied. Drinks are very affordable. Maria the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Ana on reception was so helpful and goes out of her way to make you feel special. All staff members are lovely. We will definitely return and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Can't wait to return and we haven't left yet.

Our first visit to Benidorm with friends. The hotel is perfectly located opposite the beach. The welcome at check in was great and we were given a welcome glass of fizz. The reception area is large and it is a comfortable place to sit and relax with a drink. The rooms were first class, large and comfortable. The sea view balcony was a great place to sit with a drink. The roof top pool was a bit cold but still enjoyable. The restaurant food was excellent. A great choice each day. All of the staff were excellent. We loved our visit and have already booked again for next year.

A Heavenly Stay at H10 – Beyond Expectations!
We travel a lot, but H10 has been, without a doubt, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, the service was out of this world—truly on another level. The staff are simply amazing, making us feel welcome and taken care of at every turn. The selection of food and drinks was superb, offering something for every taste, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal.
Our room was fantastic—spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. And the location? A perfect 10/10!
A special mention goes to the therapist at the spa— Nyka an absolute angel. I get massages almost every month, and I can confidently say she is the best massage therapist I have ever had. She worked on muscles I didn’t even know existed, leaving me in a state of pure relaxation. If you're considering a massage, I highly recommend booking a session with her.
We will definitely be returning to H10. This place is simply exceptional!

This must be one of the best hotels in Benidorm. Lovely spacious bedroom/bathroom. Comfortable & very clean. The pool area (on the 5th floor) is clean & has a bar/restaurant with plenty of sunbeds & seating. The views are great. The main restaurant is buffet style. The food is good, plentiful & tasty. The bar offers low key entertainment on some evenings. The drinks are reasonably priced. The location is brilliant. 5min walk to the old town and across the road from the beach. We would/will definitely stay again.
