My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for a week, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable and relaxing vacations we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, greeting us with warm smiles and excellent service throughout our stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a balcony offering a stunning view. It felt like a home away from home, with all the amenities we could ask for. The little touches, like fresh flowers and chocolates, made it even more special.
The hotel’s dining options were fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast every morning with a great selection of fresh and healthy choices. The dinner options were equally impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate any requests.
One of the highlights for us was the spa area. We spent a lot of time unwinding in the pool, sauna, and hot tub — a perfect way to recharge. The hotel’s location also made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions, while still feeling like a peaceful retreat away from the crowds.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff, the comfort, and the attention to detail made our stay truly special. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already thinking about when we can return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a romantic escape!

The highlight of this hotel is its expansive area with multiple swimming pools, which is especially convenient for families with children since the ocean in this region is not calm or welcoming. There is also a wide variety of food available, and the restaurant serves generously sized portions of any dish you choose. The hotel is surrounded by various restaurants and luxury shops, and the coast is clean and beautiful, making it perfect for walks.

I love this hotel. it is really tastefully decorated with lovely rooms with great views.
It has two really nice swimming pools plus a jacuzzi and little kids’ pool (there may be an indoor pool too but I never saw it). There are different activities laid on during the week such as pool biking, pool aerobics and stretching and poolside yoga which are very enjoyable (these are for adults).
Breakfast is great with a lot of choice and all the staff are fantastic, very professional and friendly, especially the waiters at dinner.
I had one tiny issue at the hotel and it was dealt with absolutely professionally by one of the manageresses. I was very impressed with her handling of the matter and I get the impression that this is a really well-run hotel.
The hotel has a bit of an old-world feel to it and it is perfect for a relaxing holiday, chilling out by the pool. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, this hotel is not for you as it tends to be quiet and is mainly visited by older couples and a few families with young children. If you are looking for a lovely, restful break, I highly recommend it.

The resort looks nice at first sight with spacious rooms (the suites at least), large pool area and quick access to the beach.
The main thing the resort does not excel at is the service. The staff is often slopy and looks under trained for a so called 5 star hotel. They spill the drinks you order at the pool, they seem rather rude at the dining area when they arrange your table, and other things like that. The cleaning staff is good, they are cleaning the rooms very fast and nicely.
The resort brands itself as a wellness and relax hotel which is code for senior folks. They accept kids but they are not kids friendly which means that any kid activity is not allowed. Not even entering the pool with inflatable items which is something is not clearly stated in the booking conditions. The relax time kind of goes away quickly as there is a construction site next to the hotel.
The beach is a 3 minute walk which is great, but the access to it is only through stairs which is difficult if you carry on a stroller.
The food is another big disappointment. The sea food does not look very fresh except maybe the fish on grill. The tapas buffet looks nice, the meat on grill is ok, but everything else is very minimal.

We will not be back to this hotel!
I will start with the food: We only booked the breakfast, not dinner as I am vegan and my hubby doesn't eat seafood so we decided to be more flexible. The selection of vegan options at breakfast was quite limited, and the existing choices were not clearly or explicitly labeled to confirm whether they were genuinely vegan. Only allergen information was provided, which made it difficult to identify suitable options.
In regard to the rooms: We paid €388 per night for a room that had an unpleasant smell, a toilet with a glass door (which did not even close completely) that lacked the privacy one expects, and a balcony overlooking the building directly in front of it. While the room itself was comfortable, it certainly did not justify the high price. The rooms were quite noisy, as I could easily hear neighbors talking loudly or laughing, which disrupted the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, there was an occasional wastewater odor in the rooms, which was masked with an overpowering vanilla scent. Unfortunately, this attempt was not effective in resolving the issue.
Despite the less-than-ideal experience, I want to commend the reception team for their professionalism, helpfulness, and solution-oriented approach. They promptly accommodated our request to change the first room, which had an internal door to the neighboring room. They consistently listened to our requests and concerns and made genuine efforts to address them with practical solutions.
