My stay at this hotel was overall very good, for which I was pleasantly surprised. I booked last minute and was not expecting a lot for what I paid. How wrong was I.. the beds are super comfy, rooms spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel. My stay was in block 2 on the 33rd floor in room 2 which I thought was high until I realised it goes up to floor 43...
I spoke to Elena the Guest Experience member of staff today and told her I was very happy. The food in the restaurant is very good, lots of choice and plenty of it. The restaurant staff are a bit surly but you can't have everything.
The only gripe I have is, if you are not all inclusive then the water you order in the restaurant comes in glass bottles which you cannot take out of the restaurant. All inclusive comes in plastic bottles which you can. When I asked for a plastic bottle I was told I could not have one as I was paying!!! It didn't make a lot of sense to me.
On the whole a great experience. 😁

Check in system very slow and staff slow. I would never travel there in a mid season. Reception staff ignores you went you wait. Always something more important than guest.
Rooms nice and clean. Housekeeping staff polite and sufficient.
Food good with plenty of choice.
Unfortunately coffee was absolutely horrible unless you pay 2.5 euro to get something decent. Drinks on all inclusive are very limited and served until 11pm only.after that you have to pay and it is a rip off. Restaurant staff rude when you ask for coke despite it is included in all inclusive package. Drinks machines serve water instead of flavoured drinks.
You have to carry your card everywhere but system of scanning it is confused. Sometimes you have to show it sometimes not.
Entertainment was good on one evening but disco was ruined by dj. His music was good to start with but then he started to play horrid music and all guests left except 2 girls by the bar.
We travelled as a group of friends but it is not definitely family hotel.
I wouldn't return.

One thing I really dislike about this hotel is how the previous management took so many shortcuts with such a beautiful property. It’s absolutely grand, but you can clearly see and sense where the drive for profit started to overshadow quality. There are unfinished walls, cheap plastic chairs, and budget-looking blue bedding that detract from its charm.
If the hotel were given the love and attention to detail it truly deserves, it could easily become one of the finest in Spain. I genuinely wish this for the hotel. While it is a great place to stay overall, the lack of attention to detail becomes apparent once you leave the lobby. The rooftop relies only on its views and even some rooms feel neglected. It’s shocking that a hotel of this caliber hasn’t invested in proper furniture or a full renovation. Instead, they focus on a few so-called "premium" rooms, which come at an extra cost but still feature cheap plastic balcony chairs and unfinished, chipped balcony concrete walls with no paint or care.
On a positive note, the hotel has great potential, and everything else about it is promising. I just wish the management would invest & love their hotel as much as their guests do.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed for 9 nights.
It was our second visit as we liked the hotel.
The hotel was very clean. The holiday was very good value for money.
We both really liked the food. There was always a good variety of salad. Fish was on the menu daily. Water can be obtained from a machine in the dining room free of charge
Kettles are available in rooms. Also TV, air conditioning and a small fridge. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed playing pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There's a spa and gym, but we didn't use those.
The holiday was excellent value for money.
(Negatives were: There wasn't much meat or sea food in the paella. Mushrooms were only available for breakfast on one morning out of nine during our stay.
Porridge was occasionally replaced by chocolate to accompany chorros, (please excuse spelling). They could have put out less chocolate sauce, (half as much), and some porridge, even if half the usual amount. Sometimes it took a long time to get through the queue in reception. However, the staff did their best. It is fairly expensive to hire the safe in the room. More people might use this more reasonably priced.)
The hotel has excellent facilities. It has a games room and a basement disco sometimes, which was very good, although the music was unnecessarily loud. There's entertainment in both lounges on different days. The reception staff were very good, especially the Northern British woman with blonde hair. You can visit the roof terrace on the 43rd floor.
Staff have been good at resolving any issues guests may have. I know this from taking to fellow guests.
We will definitely return again for another lovely holiday. Thank you to all the staff.

I am sitting in one of the bars right now .. I paid all inclusive but the all inclusive starts at 10am and finishes at 11pm. After that you are made to pay for drinks.. Not all drinks are included. You have to pay extra for cocktails and they try and sneakly charge you for the shots.. the food in the restaurant is absolutely horrendous ., there is no variety. When we have been to lunch and dinner we asked for alcoholic drinks and they said there is a charge, but e have paid all inclusive so don’t get why we have to pay, The staff are rude and feel like they don’t want to be here. Not helpful at all. When we checked in we weren’t told anything at all. Asked where the room was we were just told go to lift. There was 43 floors in the hotel and weren't told anything .
Here for my friends birthday and it had ruined our holiday.
Also the rating I had to put for me to post this. I would give it all 0 star
