Great hotel, with the best breakfast. Food was excellent, so many options for everyone. The dining room was huge with a person who plays piano. There was a balcony so you could eat outside which was amazing. We visited in January but the weather was great. Hotel staff was very helpful as well. The views from the balcony were great too. We managed to find a parking space while we were staying but it was not easy. It was packed around the hotel. Location was good too.

This Hotel has so many positives... Beautiful setting with spectacular views of the surrounding Areas including the Marina, River and Sea. The roof area includes Swimming pool, Bar, in a very relaxing area which also includes dining rooms. Breakfast is served in this area also, a memorable experience, beautiful food selection with live Piano for relaxing atmosphere. The Staff are very Friendly and helpful, so welcoming... Will be delighted to return in the Future.😀

Excellent hotel in perfect location, the breakfast buffet is amazing! The rooms are good size, huge comfy bed, great shower, we had marina view room which has beautiful views and a lovely balcony.
So glad I booked this hotel, my husband was taken ill at the airport and ended up at Faro hospital. As soon as I arrived at the hotel I was made to feel welcome and the staff couldn't do enough for us. A huge shout out to the fabulous reception team, especially Ruben whose smile greeted us every day, and kindly rebooked our room daily for us as we didn't know how long we would be staying. Thank you so much for making what was a very anxious time so much easier!

In general a great place to stay. Just a little attention to detail in my opinion would go a long way. The service is fantastic, the staff are brilliant, especially the people working in the food areas. ie breakfast/ lunch. You guys work so hard, always pleasant and accommodating. Well done. On the food itself, l would like my hot food hot, it looked over held to me and not appetising. Good coffee, lovely bread and delicious fresh fruit and to die for sweet pastries.
Room service seemed to be a rushed event, it was adequate but not consistent. The pool area is nice , just the cushions were a bit grubby. I would stay here again, it very convenient to buses, train, and airport. But l repeat , its the staff that make the difference.

Wonderful hotel next to the marina. The room is large with a balcony to sit and enjoy the sunset. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Room had many amenities. Hot and cold breakfast has many options and was very good. Gym is basically a full gym and rooftop pool is a delight. Location is perfect. Wheelchair accessible.
