We love this waterpark! It was our second year in the Algarve and we had to go back to this waterpark!
We booked our tickets online and got to the park half an hour before opening - there was already a queue to get in which was huge by 10am, but lots of entry gates and everyone was in very quickly.
Although it was very busy, it never felt overcrowded. Got straight on some rides first thing, queues got longer but didn't have to wait too long (we did avoid a couple of slides that looked slower).
Absolute favourite is the roller coaster, queue always quick, and a great ride that was worth the wait, we went on it 5 times!
My children also enjoyed the scarier slides, like the ones that looked vertical, I'm sure 6 year olds wouldn't be allowed on in England!
Burgers at lunch time were actually decently priced and really good quality. Will definitely be coming again!

Absolutely brilliant time. Had to get there early like 9am so you had pick of the best spots so set up shop for the day. Found a nice wee spot in a corner under a tree and one of the water slides. Everyone seems to have had a small beach shelter or umbrella. Bring your own food or just use the facilities. We did both. Small snacks and water followed later by a burger or hotdog. 10euro each that includes chip/drink. Very nice I must say.
Regarding the rides we powered through the big rides first. Queues weren't so bad. About 30-40min max. Mostly sheltered but a small umbrella can be handy. You'll just have to go back up and retrieve. We all wore water shoes throughout the day as its handier and the ground gets so hot.
We loved the main pool and smaller one which people were able to dive in one end. Have a dip and walk about. Nice.
Well worth the money and I thought the young staff did well. Very strict on height restriction so make sure.

We spend a day there, from 10:00 to 18:00 was very busy, the attractions were ok 👌 😀 but because it was so freaking busy we couldn't enjoy the whole park, in 1 place we waited more than 1 our. And so on. We needed a parasol but they only sell them, or you have to fight for 1, around the park, we end up laying around in different places where there was a little bit of shadow. It was so freaking 🔥 hot while you wait on a long line you could get burned by the sun 🌞. But we were prepared. We have fun after all.

Good fun day out. Aquashow has some great rides, slides, and pools, although the wave pool was rather weak and disappointing, as well as having to wait an extraordinarily long amount of time for them to turn the waves on!! There are also Aquashow staff wandering around the grounds with various animals for you to pose with for their photographer to take a picture (which you can buy later for €10 each). They're very clever in blocking you from taking a picture yourself. Animals we saw included snakes, lizards, owls and macaws (parrots). The rides were accompanied by long queues in the morning, and until about 2.30pm, at which time it started to ease off, and the wait time for some of the better rides was about 10-15 minutes!
Lunch was fairly good. We had chicken, chips and salad. The Portuguese cut chicken very strangely, so your meat almost looks unidentifiable but it tasted good, so that's what really matters. There are lockers to put your valuables in, but we didn't bother, and most Portuguese don't either. It did feel very safe! Might be advisable to take a picnic, and pitch up a small tent or umbrella in the grounds wherever you make base. Worth visiting if you like water rides!!

Fantastic couple of days, went in at opening time on both days mid way through June, queues are always likely on the big rides, but they move quick and staff know what there doing.
Food stands were sparse, but the ones which were open were reasonable prices.
Didn’t seem to bother most the others there, but walking around barefoot on the concrete floors got a little hot underfoot, suggest taking a cheap set of sandals, ones you don’t mind loosing. Every ride reds you to leave them at the bottom of the steps ;)
Plenty of sunbeds around the place, but lots of people just leave towels on the grass areas ;)
