Location: Really nice. Close to the beach. Nice walk by the beach in both directions from the hotel.
Rooms: Very simple but clean and smells good. Beds are quite hard. Blankets not super nice. Free shampoo and shower gel every day but no free water.
Restaurants: We tried both the buffets and they were generally good. One day out of five I didn't find anything I liked. Breakfast is good. Tried the meat at restaurant Roma and it was terrible. Most of the other food was good.
Staff: Really nice overall.
The major downside with the hotel is the prices for water/soda/beer. In the end I was pretty annoyed with the high prices.

Great place for sun sea holiday food was excellent and service at pool bar and main restaurant good Animation team great guys make you so welcome.
Dated in places beautiful in others had 1 week here for a quick fair price holiday would come back again.
Only criticism was seem to favour half board guests to all inclusive and could not understand being all inclusive why I had to give my room number everyday when having food or drinks even though I was wearing my all inclusive band.

Stayed end of June and hotel is absolutely beautiful..all looks brand new..pool area spotless same as inside hotel. Room was immaculate and very modern..breakfast was lovely..plenty to choose from for breakfast..I mean who has that many choices and different breakfast every single day. Staff from reception were amazing and we had such a laugh with them..waiters..cleaners..entertainment staff all very friendly..am going back again

My stay at Agadir Beach Club was extremely disappointing. This hotel is focused solely on getting money out of guests without providing the quality or service you’d expect.
The food was tasteless and lacked variety, leaving much to be desired. The service was abysmal – any requests took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled. The rooms are overpriced, and the lack of internet is misleading, as their advertisements claim it’s available. You will need to buy a sim from a local shop if you want Internet.
A particularly upsetting incident occurred when my daughter had an accident. I called reception for help, and instead of assisting, they laughed on the phone – an appalling and unacceptable response.
I also saw a couple of cockroaches in the room and reported the reception but they did nothing about it.
The only redeeming factor is its good location, and I did meet some friendly staff in the café. However, the hotel itself is old and uninteresting. There are far better options in the area for a lower price. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.

Booked three nights here. I read negative reviews but figured it's a big hotel so there's always someone who has a negative experience. Rooms are dated but functional - no WiFi in rooms although you supposedly get it by the pool, although couldn't get it to work. Only place was near reception. No kiddies TV channel in rooms. No tea or bottles of water in room, although there is a shop across the street selling them for 6 dirhams. You get glasses but can't drink the tap water. Booked a camel ride through the hotel although they hadn't booked being picked up - ended up an hour late on the tour. Breakfast was ok, not alot of fruit but not bad. Would probably visit the area again but would probably spend a few more bucks on a different hotel. Pool was nice, we got a bed after breakfast with no issues. A good location.
