We had a really lovely stay at this hotel .The staff on reception are smiley ,welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are kept spotless, we had a junior suite, with a Seaview which are on the same level as the reception. The food was extremely good with plenty of choices ,the staff in the dining room were friendly and efficient, they all work incredibly hard .We always found a table and it was a relaxing experience unlike some other All inclusive hotels .We found the entertainment in general good ,we particularly enjoyed the saxophonist and singer also the Spanish dancer and singer that were on one afternoon round the pool .We will most definitely return ,it's a lovely very well run hotel.

The hotel itself is good. There are few things to find fault with. The ladies cleaning the rooms and the hotel are fast and do their job perfectly because the hotel shines. The food is okay, nothing special but it is good and a big plus for life cooking because it is worth seeing something prepared fresh. There is a lot of entertainment that can be found here in the price of the hotel: ping pong, billiards, tennis, and dancing with retired Germans in the club downstairs who are quite stiff but when you wake them up a bit they are not bad. And finally the star of the hotel Michelle the receptionist is professional, she takes care of everything quickly and efficiently. People never wait more than 2-3 minutes when she is on shift. She should become a manager or director of the hotel. We love you

We have just come back after a week at this hotel, we booked a swim up room, which in our opinion, having paid £ 700.extra was not worth it.If we do go back to this hotel we would just have one of the other rooms. Asked at reception about English channels on TV and was told they are tuned in for the Germans which I find a little upsetting as we are paying for facilities that are not provided. It seems a very German orientational hotel, which is a shame because it is a good hotel. The food was ok in some areas, the bacon is very overcooked and hard so wasn't edible. The rooms were lovely and cleaned every day.There are a couple of things lacking, there was no soap dish in the shower and no mirror in the main room in order to get ready in front of.Overall we did enjoy our holiday.

We went here in early October for a family birthday. The rooms were very nice and cleaned daily. on arrival only one room was ready which was fine as it was lunch time. the other two we had to wait for to be ready, one was about 3 but the final room was not ready till after 5. this was disappointing. note to all the balcony sliding doors auto lock so don't be outside and close them. food was amazing! drinks were fine although you have to pay extra for the premium drinks and ice cream? location is nice but be warned its a steep walk to the beach and my mother only made this trip once in the week. staff are friendly but this whole area is very German orientated. not many speaking English staff. but they were all A+. overall the stay was lovely and we would go back.

The hotel is in a great location, just over the road from a supermarket and a short walk to the beach. This was downhill so might be tricky for the very elderly or someone with mobility issues, but as I say it is only a short walk. Happy with the food and drink, lots to choose from. We had a triple room, and found this very clean and comfortable with a spacious balcony and lovely views. The only minor grumble was that there were no mirrors in the bedroom, just the bathroom. So it was a bit tricky when 3 of us were getting ready to go out. The main pool was lovely and warm, which was great as it was January and windy! Small tiles were coming off the bottom of the main pool, but these are not sharp so would not cause injury, but just spoiled the look slightly and felt a bit gritty underfoot. Staff were friendly and helpful, we were in a large group and they went out of their way to put us all together. I think it may have been Dagmar (blonde lady) who checked us in and she was great! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!
